The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3856/20 A/B is a high-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3856 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 MH is a peroxide-curing silicone rubber known for its exceptional green strength, which greatly improves calendering and extrusion performance. When uncured, the extruded hoses made from this silicone rubber exhibit high dimensional stability and a non-sticky surface. ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 is specifically formulated as a high green-strength peroxide-curing silicone rubber. It is recommended to add heat stabilizers when operating at service temperatures exceeding 180 °C.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4846/30 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber grade. It is a one-component compound that undergoes platinum-curing and is utilized in the production of molded articles. The vulcanizates generated from this compound develop a thin oil film with lubricating properties soon after the curing process. Since the crosslinking system relies on platinum cure, there are no peroxide decomposition products formed during the curing process.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4806/20 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber grade. It is a one-component compound that undergoes platinum-curing and is used for manufacturing molded articles. These vulcanizates generate a thin oil film with lubricating properties shortly after the curing process. Since the crosslinking system relies on platinum cure, there are no peroxide decomposition products produced during curing.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Outstanding ultra-low compression sets can be achieved after post-curing for 4 hours at 210°C.
