ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 MH shows improved coolant resistance and therefore is particularly suitable for the economical production of radiator hoses in the automotive industry.

Properties

• ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 is a high green-strength peroxide curing silicone rubber.
• The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180 °C is recommended.

Note

Cure conditions: 15 min / 165 °C in press, post-cured 4 h / 200 °C, containing ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker C1 (Dicumylperoxide) for cured properties.
