MoldWiz® WB-2700 - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part. Numerous demoldings per application of release agent can be expected without any necessity for washing the parts. The release will not interfere with secondary finishing operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

TR Industries TR-216 Hi-temp Liquid Wax Release is a high temperature liquid mold release wax formulated for increased production efficiency on well conditioned FRP tooling and other hard surface molds.

ULTRA-LUBET™ 160 is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 is outstanding during the compounding stage and after vulcanization as a mold release. Besides, it is highly effective as an internal release agent in preventing rubber compounds sticking to open mill rolls as well as to rotors in internal mixers. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 has a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization in CR compounds.

MoldWiz® EM-606SFL - A water-based external release agent with anti-rusting properties that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for commonly used fillers in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-™ 230 has a higher solubility limit than ULTRA-LUBE™ 200.

Schlicht Handelsgesellschaft E206 Silicone mold release is a specially developed release agent and non-stick lubricant for molded parts made of plastic, rubber, wax and similar materials. E206 is the most sought after release agent in Stoner's range due to its versatility and high performance . E206 makes part removal from molds quick and easy, allowing multiple parts to be released per application. It improves molding efficiency in many processes such as injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum forming, direct casting, die casting and extrusion.

Moulex® 31GS3 acts as mold release agent. It is used in resin transfer molding.

TR Industries TR-226 Polymer Concrete Release is a solvent based liquid polymer external mold release. It is ready to use on a wide variety of substrates (metal, aluminum, composite, urethane, etc.) when molding/casting highly filled polyester resins for the production of polymer concrete parts.
