When used with AC120 or 150 the correct level of “bromine” is released to control microbiological growth in the system.

Accepta® Bromgard 110 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor and scale dispersant for naturally soft and artificially softened waters. It is a molybdate-based alkaline product, containing threshold agents, dispersants and organic inhibitors offering excellent protection to multi-metal systems. BROMGARD products include a bromine precursor, enabling in-situ generation of bromine in treated systems when dosed in conjunction with ACTIVATOR 120/150. Bromine is a highly effective oxidizing biocide, offering greater efficacy than chlorine when it is used in moderately alkaline evaporative cooling systems.

As such Accepta® CB41 is an ideal treatment for closed chilled water and low-pressure heating systems. Accepta® CB41 is NOT intended for use in systems containing Aluminum. When compared with more traditional nitrite-borate based corrosion inhibitors, Accepta® CB41 offers the benefit of a lower dosage rate and will raise the system TDS to a much lesser degree.

Wintrol T-Na is the solid, sodium salt of tolyltriazole. The product is offered as a fine powder. The product is a mixture of two isomers, 4 methyl & 5 methyl benzotriazole. This product is nearly miscible in water and designed for use when solid additions are preferred.

NAPCO 214 is a blended corrosion inhibitor and functions as a corrosion and scale control in water treatment.
