Very low VOC (~0.4 lb./gal.), easy dispersing (i.e., low shear or hand mixable) paint systems can be made for industrial maintenance, light industrial applications, DOT topcoats, or rail car topcoats. These coatings also demonstrate excellent flexibility while developing good hardness and good chemical resistance.

Reacrone PCL-850 is based on a liquid acrylic polymer that has been converted into free-flowing powder by adsorption onto fumed silica.

At 100% active with a well-balanced surface-active capability, Teraflow® 1000 provides smoother films, allowing the application of thinner coatings, and contributes to substrate wetting, improvement of gloss, and recoat adhesion. Leveling agent for powder coatings Lu'An Jietonda New Material K7572 is a white powder based on an acrylate polymer active ingredient. It is used in powder coatings to significantly improve the melt flow of the system and has excellent leveling properties.

CHS-EPOXY 160 is a Low molecular weight "2 - type" epoxy resin.

Technicure® D-10 is a pulverized grade of dicyandiamide with an average particle size of about 10 micron. The products contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and improve flow. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin between 3-8 phr. Technicure® D-10 reacts with epoxy resin at temperatures higher than 170°C unless an accelerator is used. Suggested accelerators include Technicure® LC-80, Technicure® LC-100 and substituted urea such as Technicure® MDU-11M, Technicure® PDU-250M and Technicure® TDU-200M. The type and loading level of an accelerator will provide excellent balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability. Technicure® D-10 is available without fumed silica or with a different flow control agent.

Genesee Polymers’GP-690 ABA SILICONE POLYOL COPOLYMER is a 100% active non-ionic silicone polyol block copolymer with the following structure: P-690 contains polyoxyethylene blocks and dimethyl silicone polymer blocks, which are joined through non-hydrolyzable silicon to carbon bonds.GP-690 ABA SILICONE POLYOL COPOLYMER is designed to function as an emulsifier, wetting agent and profoaming additive for a variety of applications including: polyurethane foams, hard surface cleaners and polishes, and cosmetic formulations.GP-690 contains a primary hydroxyl group at each end of the molecule, allowing for reaction with isocyanates in polyurethane resin systems. This is expected to improve flow and leveling of polyurethane coatings and impart non-stick characteristics to the cured coatings.In textile applications, GP-690 is suggested as a fiber lubricant where more thermal stability is needed than is provided by organic lubricants such as stearates or mineral oils.GP-690is soluble in lower alcohols (EtOH, IPA) and dispersible in water, along with aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Polymac® 5040 is a low reactivity, high tg carboxyl-functional polyester resin designed for cure with TGIC in a 93:7 ratio 94:6 ratio is also possible . The resulting coatings exhibit excellent flow, exterior durability and mechanical properties, and enhanced impact fusion resistance. Polymac® 5040 is TMA-free.
