EBECRYL® 3105 is a low viscosity, flexible epoxy acrylate that offers ease of handling for formulators. Cured films using ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB) demonstrate good flexibility, toughness, and adhesion to wood. This product is well-suited for various applications, including primers for wood and clear coatings for paper, wood, flexible, and rigid plastics. Noteworthy features of EBECRYL® 3105 include high gloss, low-temperature curing, improved chemical resistance, a good balance of properties, long pot life, faster cycle time, improved flexibility, and low energy consumption. 

SR3604-28A is an aqueous version of the SR3604 (NEP solvent) series of aromatic polyamide-imide resins, enabling further dilutions with water.This product is produced at our plant in Dayton, TN.

UCECOAT® 7200 is a white radiation-curable coating designed for the automotive, transportation, and paints and coatings markets. With labeling claims of being solvent-free and VOC-free, it is applied using methods such as curtain coating, roller, and spray. This radiation-curable and waterborne coating is particularly suited for automotive OEM coatings, coatings and finishes, and other specialty coatings, offering both environmental advantages and versatile application techniques.

EBECRYL® 4587, developed by CASE Ingredients, is a bisphenol A-free, low-carbon footprint (PCF) radiation-curable coating suited for the paints and coatings and printing and packaging markets. Tailored for various applications, it finds its niche in building and construction paints, wood finishes, industrial coatings—including furniture coatings—and specialty coatings. Specifically designed for radiation cure, this formulation is adept for use on wood substrates.

EBECRYL® 600/35 OT, the diacrylate ester of bisphenol a epoxy resin diluted with 35% OTA 480, boasts low odor, light color, and a fast cure response. Offering high surface hardness, gloss, and solvent resistance, it presents features like low energy consumption, long pot life, improved hardness, high pigment loading, and improved chemical resistance. It finds application in wood coatings, furniture coatings, and industrial coatings.

EBECRYL® 8896 is an innovative aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for applications that require haptic properties, commonly known as "soft touch/feel." Films of EBECRYL® 8896, when cured by exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB), exhibit toughness, flexibility, and resistance to yellowing. This resin is particularly suitable for creating coatings with a soft touch effect. It is compatible with various fillers, pigments, waxes, and polymeric beads, offering formulators flexibility to achieve a range of haptic properties, from a velvety/silky feel to EBECRYL® 8896's intrinsic rubbery feel. The combination of EBECRYL® 8894 with EBECRYL® 8896 can enhance the abrasion resistance of the soft touch binder EBECRYL® 8896 without compromising the haptic effect. Applications for EBECRYL® 8896 include automotive OEM coatings, wood coatings and finishes, as well as industrial coatings.

Ceramabind™ 542 is an acidic, etching solution that is ideal for use in adhesive systems for bonding non-porous ceramics and glass. Stable when mixed with copper. Reacts with bases such as carbonates, oxides and hydroxides of alkali metals.

NYACOL® SN15CG is used as a binder in ceramic and catalyst applications, a passivation agent, an anti-scuff agent on glass and a potential conductor in glass.

KURARAY POVAL™ 15-99 by Kuraray is an odorless, fully saponified polyvinyl alcohol. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It possesses good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. It exhibits varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It provides high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 15-99 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

Ceramabind™ 642 is a basic solution that is highly compatible with most ceramic and metal powders. Good wettability and tack, and excellent acid resistance after curing. Extremely moisture resistant after a high-temperature cure. Sets up in thick cross-sections when properly formulated.

Tigerlac 5058 are flaked shellacs that are dewaxed and physically decolorized natural resins. The single products differ in the degree of decolorization and yield transparent solutions of different color shade in various solvent systems. Ready for use solutions of the product are available. The Tigerlac 5058 are Flaked Shellac manufacturing process guarantees careful treatment of the natural raw materials (seedlac) upon refining. The final products are high quality materials with excellent binding and film forming properties. They are physiologically harmless and biodegradable.

Caplinq DK15-02 Brown is an epoxy-based coating powder developed as an epoxy resin binder when making powdered iron core or pot-core type reactors or induction devices.

Carbofen 6060 is a powdered, thermoplastic natural resin insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, and used in foundry coating formulations. Our product is derived from the Parana Pine, a native Brazilian tree of the pine family. This thermoplastic resin is a brown powder insoluble in water. After being saponified by caustic soda (NaOH) or potassium hydroxide (KOH), Carbofen 6060 becomes a soap solution and soluble. Our product is also soluble in ethanol.

Respin REB is a powdered, thermoplastic natural resin used in solvent-based coating formulations for the foundry industry. This plant-based raw material is extracted from the Parana Pine, a native Brazillian tree from the pine family. Our product has physical and chemical properties similar to the Indian resinShellac, thus placing Respin REB in the favored position of cost-effective substitute or compatible extender for Shellac in formulations for foundry coatings. Another commercial name for this thermoplastic resin is Brasifen.

Ceramabind™ 880 is a high-temperature, water-dispersible silicone resin for producing corrosion and moisture resistant coatings and sealing porous ceramics.

Ceramabind™ 875 is an acidic powdered binder system used to formulate high-strength, hydraulic-setting cements for electrical potting or molding applications. A powder blend is typically formulated by adding one part binder to four parts filler by weight. Water is then added in a ratio of 15–20 parts to 100 parts powder blend by weight.

Respin RLP is a flaked thermoplastic natural resin used in solvent-based coating formulations for the foundry industry. x-bond® T 9070 is a condensed silane in alcohol based binder. Exhibits high temperature stability, good abrasion and corrosion resistance. It is a transparent, inorganic-organic sol-gel material which catalyzes the degradation of organic compounds at high temperatures. It is free of fluorine and other halogens. Applications in temperature stable catalytic coatings and tarnish protection. Typical substrates are stainless steel, aluminum, glass or ceramic. Also suitable for surfaces in food contact. Suited for formulation of spray, dip and brush-on paints as well as for coatings used in roller application.

BRITOL X-575 (75% Solid) is Liquid Epoxy Resin. Used as Chemical Resistant Air Dry & Bake Coatings, Electro Technical Users, Reinforced Plastics, Electrical Laminates.
