ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNOL® H 15/45 M Special is a specialized carboxylate-containing terpolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 0.5 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder creates a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers enhanced adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It has very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses. It is compatible with an assortment of resins, solvents, plasticizers, and other modifiers, as well as the other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

SILRES® BS 4004 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 4004 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming of mineral surfaces. Treated mineral substrates exhibit an excellent beading effect. Additionally, SILRES® BS 4004 can be used for mass hydrophobation of non-load-bearing concrete products.

WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

VINNEX® 2522 is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer that is transparent, colorless, and odorless. It is produced through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This product is commonly used for modifying biopolymers and biopolymer compounds, as well as for blending with natural fibers or flours like wood, starch, and cork.

VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer specifically designed as a base polymer for high-performance adhesives. It is produced without using formaldehyde donors. The low viscosity of VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) and its excellent Newtonian flow behavior make it well-suited for high-speed packaging machines.

ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

VINNAPAS® eco EP 400 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

HDK® H15 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H15 is commonly utilized as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. Additionally, it serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers. Moreover, HDK® H15 functions as a free flow additive in the production of technical powders.

VINNOL® H 40/55 is a copolymer comprising approximately 62 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 38 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. Functioning as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 40/55 undergoes film formation once the solvent present in the formulation has evaporated.

VINNAPAS® EP 7000 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3°C. It has been specifically developed as an ultra-high-solids dispersion, providing superior adhesion, wet tack, and setting speed compared to conventional VAE dispersions.

DEHESIVE® 929 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications. This product has good curing properties, very good flow properties and coverage, an extremely stable release, excellent bath life, and excellent long-term anchorage to a wide variety of substrates.

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

HDK® H2000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in electrophotographic toners. It is suitable for various types of toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. The recommended application range for HDK® H2000/4 is 0.5 to 3.0 wt%.

VINNAPAS® 315 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +17 °C, which contributes to its exceptional heat resistance and high tensile strength. Specifically formulated as a base for high-speed packaging adhesives, VINNAPAS® 315 demonstrates remarkable wet tack and thickening responses. HDK® T40 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® T40 finds applications in flexographic printing, gravure printing, industrial wood coatings, inkjet paper, offset printing, and printing inks.

VINNAPAS® 536 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with a high solid content. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000 ppm. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength combined with increased flexural strength and good compatibility with inorganic fillers like CaCO3.

SILRES® 64558 VP is a toluene-based, ready-to-use formulation based on polysiloxanes and silicone resins. The product is preferably used as a binder in highly flexible composite tapes or as an intermediate to manufacture silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations. In composite tapes, SILRES® 64558 VP contributes to the tapes' excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. WACKER® Crosslinker V 58 is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It offers excellent cure properties, allowing for low platinum concentration and low temperature cure.
