This product is suitable for applications in adhesives and sealants. Please note that WACKER® Silicone Fluid AK 1000 should not be used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants.

HDK® H2000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in electrophotographic toners. It is suitable for various types of toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. WACKER® Anchorage Additive HF 100 is a reactive epoxy-functional silicone polymer that enhances the adhesion of addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® systems or liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) to polymeric substrates. It improves the anchorage of DEHESIVE® systems on PET films, enabling the production of release liners, as well as the anchorage of LSR on fabric. This additive has a low odor and is non-corrosive.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. Acting as a bifunctional molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 56 serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building & construction adhesives and flooring installation.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter AMS 61 is a mixture of aminofunctional siloxanes. It is a colorless to yellow liquid that can be clear or slightly turbid. It is not miscible with water and decomposes with water and moisture, resulting in the formation of methanol. This adhesion promoter serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

CRA® EM 460 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive specifically developed for adjusting the release force of silicone emulsion-based DEHESIVE® systems. It is used in conjunction with coating polymers like DEHESIVE® EM 427 or DEHESIVE® EM 428 to create release coatings. The resulting system is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and is compatible with papers of different porosities and films. The cure is achieved through a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. This hydrolysis process leads to the formation of silanols, which have the ability to react with each other and form siloxanes. The applications of GENIOSIL® XL 10 include marine and protective coatings, plastic additives, and plastic crosslinking.

WACKER® Plasticizer 100 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid with a density of approximately 0.96 g/cm³ at 25°C. It is not soluble in water. This product is commonly used in silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer 100 serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.
