HexPly® 954-6 is a 250ºF (121ºC) curing toughened cyanate resin with 300ºF (149ºC) Tg. HexPly® 954-6 is formulated for autoclave curing. Recommended cure is three hours at 250 F (121ºC). Service temperatures are maximized by a post cure of 350ºF - 450ºF (177ºC - 205ºC). The recommended lay-up procedure is HSP-L3. The recommended cure procedure is HSP-C4. Typical applications for HexPly® 954-6 include space structures, such as solar arrays, antennae and support structures, or any application where impact resistance, light weight, excellent dielectric and low outgassing properties are required. HexPly® 954-6 can be impregnated on all available fibers and fabrics.

84N is a high performance ceramic-filled polyimide prepreg based on Arlon’s 85N pure polyimide system, designed for use in filling etched areas in polyimide multilayers that contain thick copper layers and for filling clearance holes in metal cores. The ceramic filler in the resin serves to reduce shrinkage and inhibit crack formulation during through-hole drilling in filled clearance areas.

Toray EX-1515 cyanate ester prepreg resin system is unique in the industry in that it is able to achieve an extremely high level of cure conversion after a 121°C (250°F) cure. This level of conversion provides optimal mechanical properties, high radiation resistance, low moisture absorption, and low outgassing while retaining unparalleled toughness, a low 118°C (244°F), stress-free temperature, and long out time. The resin system excels in its ability to resist microcracking, even when subjected to thermal cycling and high levels of radiation exposure. EX-1515 also displays low dielectric and low loss values which makes it outstanding for radome and antenna Applicationss. HexPly® EH25 is a high performance, tough 180°C curing matrix for use in Aerospace primary structures. HexPly® EH25 is a self-extinguishing epoxy resin with controlled flow. HexPly® EH25 prepregs are available with fabric and UD tape.

SIMPREX® M745 is an advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide a high performance-to-cost ratio. SIMPREX® M745 has a medium to high tack and provides good adhesion to core materials such as Nomex® honeycomb, balsa and polyurethane foam. It is a great choice for many applications in the range of low to medium service temperature.

PRF Composite Materials RP800 is an epoxy tooling prepreg system capable of withstanding temperatures up to 190°C after full post cure. RP800 is available in carbon and glass woven fabrics from 200 - 800 g/m2 impregnated with epoxy resin. RP800 prepreg allows high quality tooling laminates to be produced directly from a low temperature master model permitting a wide choice of master model materials. Using a low temperature vacuum bag and autoclave process for inital cure, the tool laminate can then be demoulded for freestanding post cure.

HexPly® M901 is a hotmelt, thermosetting, high-tack epoxy resin matrix, suitable for prepreg applications at which cure cycles of 130°C and above are required. HexPly® M901 is specifically designed for manufacture of structural composites that are exposed to harsh thermal and environmental conditions.

HexPly® 108 is a high temperature resistant epoxy resin system developed for the fabrication of primary aircraft and space structures. 108 has excellent hot wet properties and exhibits low viscosity

APCM DA 4518U is a tough, versatile, modified epoxy resin system that cures at 250°F to 350°F. DA4518U can be supplied as a prepreg tape coated on unidirectional graphite.

Ecotechnilin L-FLAXPREG-T-UD-110-36m² is a unidirectional (UD) fibers - FLAXPREG T-UD 70.

SIMPREX® 1455 are advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide high strength and toughness retention at elevated temperature. SIMPREX® 1455 have a medium tack and are a great choice for many applications in the range of medium to high service temperature.

AX-4151 is a Modified PVB Phenolic Aramid Prepreg.

Australian Composites Auspreg UV is a range of UV curable resin impregnated fiber glass prepregs which have been especially designed to cure from a wet plyable form to a completely hard product within minutes through exposure to either outdoors sunlight or high intensity artificial light. The technology is useful for repairing a whole range of surfaces and parts as a long term structural solution to wood, bitumen, concrete, metals and enables repair of damaged materials without the need for costly replacement. It is also highly effective in creating and manufacturing products in place of traditional hand lay up manufacturing, infusion systems, and oven cure methodologies.

APCM SG 4528-016AL-104V is a lightweight, conductive, surfacing film composed of a non-woven metallic aluminum mesh impregnated with a toughened epoxy resin plus an ultra light weight veil for outstanding surfacing capability. It is designed for lightning and shielding protection of aircraft, equipotential ground planes and as a counterpoise for antenna installations.

AX-5202HT is a High Temp Cosmetic Epoxy Carbon Prepreg.

HexPly 1458 is a self-extinguishing and self-adhesive modified epoxy resin system for monolithic and sandwich structures. HexPly 1458 has excellent temperature and moisture resistance. It has a versatile cure cycle at 160°C to 180°C and it has an excellent shelf life at room temperature. HexPly 1458 prepregs are only available in fabric form.

AX-3112T is a High Toughness, Flame Retardant, Epoxy Fiberglass Prepreg.

LC296 is a snap curing phenolic prepreg system tailored for press molding in a variety of aircraft interior applications. LC296 provides extremely low OSU heat release combined with low smoke, self extinguishing, and excellent self adhesive properties and surface finish. HexPly® F652 is a bismaleimide resin that cures via an addition reaction with no condensation by-products. HexPly® F652 is a controlled flow polyimide resin system designed for alternative processing capabilities such as co-curing over honeycomb core, compression molding, as well as standard autoclave processing.

OM14 is a fast curing structural prepreg for press curing for the needs of structural parts used in Automotive Industry. Its short curing cycle and hot de-moldable nature are especially optimized for mass production at Automotive Industry with the addition of exceptionally long out life at room temperature. OM14 eliminates the need of Autoclave and Cold storage plus it is especially optimized for mass production. New resin system not only cures under 1-2 minutes at 150°C at press under isothermal curing conditions but also hot de-moldable and long out-life of one year at ambient temperature.

AX-4500 is a Toughened Phenolic Aramid Prepreg, Self-Adhesive.

MTC400-1 is an epoxy resin system designed to cure between 85°C and 135°C allowing flexibility in component manufacture. It is a toughened epoxy resin system designed for component manufacturing that can be supplied on a variety of fabrics and in UD format to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

GMS Composites EP – 350 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 160°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-350 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. The product also has good dynamic strength properties as well as outstanding hot-wet resistance. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-350 can be varied.

OM13 is a structural resin system. It is translucent when cured.

HexPly® 913 is a proven modified epoxy matrix with a low temperature cure cycle which exhibits outstanding environmental resistance, whilst retaining good hot/wet mechanical performance. This versatile matrix system can be processed using a wide range of techniques according to the application and is capable of co cure with epoxy film adhesives. HexPly® 913 is a highly successful matrix used extensively in the aerospace industry for primary aircraft structures and helicopter blades.

TC275-1E is an extended out time version of the TC275-1 resin system. TC275-1E is a flexible cure toughened epoxy prepreg designed to enable composite part construction with low pressure or vacuum bag only (VBO) cures. The resin system provides a 28-day total out time to facilitate construction of thick or larger composite structures. APS75 material is designed to give a high class finish with reduced pre-paint preparation and versatile curing. It can be supplied with carbon or glass fabric reinforcement. This resin system color is black. The standard system comprises of 1 layer of APS75 surface ply and 1 layer of PSB75 bulk ply.

AX-5270 is a Structural Epoxy Carbon Prepreg.

Shanghai Sunwise Chemical FRVC411 is a toughened, flame retardant epoxy resin system designed to cure between 65°C and 120°C allowing flexibility in component manufacture. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics and in UD format to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements. This resin system color is opaque white.

HexPly® M9.6H-LT is a hotmelt, thermosetting, ultra-low tack epoxy resin matrix, specifically designed for prepreg applications at which short cure cycles of 100°C and above are required. M9.6H-LT can be used for manufacture of large industrial components, suitable for cure of thin and thick sections. M9.6H-LT exhibits a long out-life at ambient conditions.

AX-5112T is a high toughness, Flame Retardant Epoxy Carbon Prepreg.

HexPly® M10R is a formulated epoxy resin which is suitable for low pressure molding processes. HexPly® M10R is very versatile and allows a range of processing temperature from 85°C up to 150°C. HexPly® M10R can be used for very large industrial components subjected to several environmental conditions and exhibits a very long shelf life at room temperature. HexPly® M10R is used extensively for structural marine applications, recreational markets and a wide variety of industrial applications. HexPly® M10R fulfills REACH compliance.

HexPly® M36 is a high performance 180 °C cure matrix developed for aerospace and industrial markets. It can be used in a variety of production techniques (Resin Film Infusion (RFI), prepreg and semipreg) making it easy to process. When cured, HexPly® M36 becomes a tough composite with excellent hot/wet performance. Its low density contributes to increased weight savings, and the flexibility in curing gives potential for composite part cost savings.

Toray TC264-1 is a flame-retardant epoxy prepreg that has been developed for oven cure composite fabrication processes utilizing either expendable or reusable lay-up mandrels.
