High flexural, impact and tensile strengths, and very high flexural modulus. It is constructed of glass fabric impregnated with an epoxy resin system. NP512 is engineered to provide better physical properties than NEMA FR-4, and be more dimensionally stable than standard NP510A. Applications for this material are where enhanced flexural modulus and physical strength are desired.

NP193PM is composed of a 17 oz. aramid and "soft glass" fibers are combined to make a fabric that is stronger than pure aramid and less abrasive than glass fabrics. This material is impregnated with a high temperature phenolic resin matrix which includes a non-conducting solid lubricant. This composite has excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and adverse environments. Applications include wear plates for conveyor systems, valve plates, and compressor and pump vanes.

HexPly® 250 is a phenolic matrix widely used in honeycomb sandwich components for aircraft interior furnishings. The low smoke and low toxicity properties of 250 during ignition meet the requirements of FAR 25 and ATS 1000. HexPly® 250 prepreg is available in fabric reinforcements and single tows.

APCM DA 4090 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

SIMPREX® H325 is a great choice for many applications in the range of low to medium service temperature, where a high degree of fire retardance is required.

HexPly® 922-1 is a structural epoxy resin for general industrial applications and aerospace applications. TC275-1E is an extended out time version of the TC275-1 resin system. TC275-1E is a flexible cure toughened epoxy prepreg designed to enable composite part construction with low pressure or vacuum bag only (VBO) cures. The resin system provides a 28-day total out time to facilitate construction of thick or larger composite structures. MTC400 is an epoxy resin system designed to cure between 85°C and 135°C allowing flexibility in component manufacture. It is a toughened epoxy resin system designed for component manufacturing that can be supplied on a variety of fabrics and in UD format to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

Toray C640 is a cyanate ester resin system suitable for curing between 70°C (158°F) and 135°C (275°F). The medium viscosity resin is pre-impregnated into high-performance fibers such as carbon, glass and aramid. The system is capable of withstanding very high temperatures and is inherently flame-retardant. After a suitable post cure, the glass transition temperature can be increased to as high as 335°C (635°F).

EF 12 is above 240 °C. High Tg EF12 resin system is used to produce structural prepregs. Optimized cure methods for these resin systems are Press and Autoclave molding.

VTC401 is an epoxy resin system designed to give an initial cure at low temperatures or snap cure at high temperatures with enhanced toughness, honeycomb bondability and higher service temperature, giving greater flexibility in component manufacture. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics in UD format to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements.

PRF Composite Materials RP570 is a high performance formulated epoxy resin system with rapid Tg development enabling extremely short process times and excellent esthetic finish. A press tool held at constant temperature of 140°C can produce a part every 4 minutes ready for painting. RP-570 can be supplied on a variety of woven fabrics.
