Necon LO-80 is a linoleamidoproply dimethyl amine complexed with mild dieter acid which is derived from safflower and soya oils. The combination of the moieties have a carbon chain length of 82, which makes it an excellent conditioner with anti-static hair softening and lubricity qualities.
