MoldWiz® WB-2725 - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the de-molded part. Numerous de-moldings per application of release agent may be possible.

PEROXAN CU-80 L is Cumyl hydroperoxide 80%, Solution in cumene.PEROXAN CU-80 L is used for the copolymerization of styrene/butadiene (SBR rubber) and acryl nitrile/butadiene/styrene (ABS rubber) as well as for the emulsion polymerization of (meth-)acrylates and acrylic resins dispersions.PEROXAN CU-80 L is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins and vinylester resins.

PERGASLOW PK-100 is 2,6-Di-tert.-butyl-p-kresol 98%, Solid.PERGASLOW PK-100 is used as an inhibitor for increasing gel time of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperatures. PERGASLOW PK-100 does not influence cure time.

Thermoset molded parts may have improved Barcol hardness and better fiber wet-out. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as painting or bonding..
