WACKER® FG 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane that is produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. The mean kinematic viscosity of WACKER® FG 350 at 25°C is 350mm²/s, determined by the degree of polymerization (n). This product is primarily used to control foam in lipophilic systems, particularly in foods rich in oil or fat, such as deep-frying oil. It is also utilized for surface treatment. Additionally, WACKER® FG 350 serves as a base material for producing antifoams that comply with the regulations for food intended for human consumption.

GENIOSIL® Stabilizer F is a liquid system specifically developed for filled waterproofing liquid membranes that utilize GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. This product is also suitable for stabilizing standard filled sealant and adhesive formulations based on GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. It contains a synergistic blend of 20% UV absorber and 40% HALS, combined within vinyltrimethoxy silane GENIOSIL® XL 10.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Stabilizer H2 is a ready-to-use silicone rubber additive compound containing a heat-stabilizing filler. Thanks to its paste character, ELASTOSIL® AUX Stabilizer H2 can easily be incorporated into ELASTOSIL® R and R plus mixtures on two-roll mills. It is used to extend the service life of silicone elastomers at temperatures above 170°C.

SILFOAM® SC 201 is a 100% active, low-viscosity silicone defoamer compound based on Wacker's innovative polysiloxane and silica technology. It is highly efficient at controlling foam longer than most conventional defoamers in high-alkaline and high-temperature applications. SILFOAM® SC 201 can be used directly to control foam in oil- or solvent-based foaming systems. It can also be easily emulsified into an emulsion for defoaming in aqueous-based foaming systems.

SILFOAM® SE 33 is a medium viscosity silicone defoamer emulsion with a 20% active ingredient content. It is specifically formulated to control foam in aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 33 is suitable for use in alkaline and high-temperature applications. This product offers excellent foam knockdown properties and provides longer-lasting prevention of foam reoccurrence compared to many conventional defoamers.

WACKER® Catalyst T 77 Plus is a standard curing agent designed for condensation curing RTV-2 silicones. When used in conjunction with a base compound from the ELASTOSIL® RT or ELASTOSIL® M product series, it results in the formation of a durable and self-bonding silicone rubber upon curing. This catalyst offers the advantage of very fast curing at room temperature, and the curing speed can be adjusted by varying the mixing ratio.
