SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ EN185 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This extrusion grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of v0 at 3mm and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ EN185 resin exhibits excellent impact strength, very low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, and great machinability. NORYL™ EN185 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications including fiber optic ducting. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. LNP LUBRICOMP KP004AXZ compound is based on Acetal (POM) Homopolymer resin containing 20% PTFE/silicone. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

This injection moldable grade exhibits super low warpage and contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant with a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.2mm. NORYL ZM3242 resin contains mold release and may be an excellent candidate for consumer electronic / document handling applications. This material contains non-halogenated flame retardants, has performance capable of meeting the EN 50265-2-1 requirement, and is IEC 60754 compliant. FLEX NORYL™™ Resin WCD944 is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications such as optical fiber cable jacketing. It has a Shore A hardness reading of 95 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties, and a low specific gravity. This resin offers good low temperature (-20 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC.
