SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 9085 is a polyetherimide blend that is specifically formulated for use in aerospace cabin interiors, as well as in rail applications and for FDM printing. It complies with aerospace FAR25.853 and OSU55/55 heat release requirements and has been approved by major aerospace OEMs. With a rail EN45545 R6-HL3 rating, this material offers excellent flow, stiffness, and ductility balance, allowing for thin-walled, lightweight designs. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 3473 is a reinforced blend of polyetherimide (PEI) and polyphenylenesulfide (PPS) that combines the benefits of both amorphous and semicrystalline materials. It features an excellent combination of reliable metallization, SMT lead-free solder capability, and extreme dimensional stability at high temperatures. The material provides a lightweight alternative to aluminum solutions, is RoHS compliant, and is easy to flow and suitable for injection molding.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

The material may offer Steam-, Hydrogen Peroxide-, Gamma-, EtO-, UV-C- and E-beam resistance for repeated sterilization cycles. It may offer global food compliance (FDA, CN, EC). Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings. The material is RoHS compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7720 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, high flow, high heat resistant, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@1.2mm, 5VA@2.5mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

This injection moldable grade exhibits an ideal combination of impact performance and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures along with excellent chemical resistance and processability. NORYL GTX914 resin may be an excellent candidate for various automotive applications such as tank flaps, exterior trim, and wheel covers. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

Added features of this grade include: Impact Modified and Easy Molding.
