Crestomer® 1151A Structural Adhesive has Lloyd's approval. It exhibits non-sagging and fast-gelling properties, enabling the user to work with bonded parts in 2 hours. Compared to other competitive structural adhesives, this product has noticeably less odor and can be used to bond a wide range of substrates with minimal surface preparation.

Crestabond® M7-15 Structural Adhesive is a toughened, two-component 1:1 MMA structural adhesive that is designed for bonding a wide range of substrates, including metals, plastics, and composite materials in industrial applications. This adhesive demonstrates excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength, and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts, especially with galvanized metals.

Crestabond® PP-04 Structural Adhesive is designed to structurally bond low surface energy substrates such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other difficult to bond plastics, commonly known as thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO). Such plastics repel rather than attract adhesion due to their non-polar, non-porous and chemically inert surfaces. Crestabond PP-04 will bond these materials without surface treatment.

Crestomer® 1186PA Structural Adhesive is a multi-purpose structural adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics, and polymeric materials. In addition, it exhibits superior properties for impact resistance and resistance to crack propagation when compared to polyester bonding pastes. This product is pre-accelerated and maintains a high-strength structural bond even when used as a gap filler with non-slumping and low-odor properties. It has been certified by Lloyds.

Crestomer® 1150PA is a two-part, pre-accelerated, highly thixotropic structural adhesive that is based on unsaturated urethane-acrylate in styrene monomer. It is used in many structural composite applications and has excellent adhesion to FRP laminates, core materials, wood, and some metals. This product can be used for bonding diesel tanks, contour joints in FRP components, building up damaged areas, and bonding "green" FRP.

Crestomer® Advantage 30 Structural Adhesive is a white, high-performance structural adhesive offering the same advantages as Crestomer® 1151A but in a more convenient, pre-packed 380ml co-axial cartridge. It is particularly suitable for marine applications and has Lloyd's approval. The opaque white color of the adhesive blends well aesthetically with cosmetically sensitive applications.

Crestomer® 1196PA Structural Adhesive is a low-density, high-performance structural core adhesive with good gap-filling properties. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and is used in sandwich construction where strong, tough, highly impact-resistant structures are required. Compared to other core bonding methods, this product has reduced print through, reduced weight, and outstanding adhesion. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates. This product has been formulated to bond core materials such as rigid PVC foam and balsa to cured or semi-cured FRP skins. Using Crestomer® 1196PA gives a significantly tougher and more durable structural bond than a polyester resin/glass structure or polyester bonding adhesive. In addition, it provides significant weight savings, reduced styrene emissions, and greatly improved cosmetics with the elimination of core print-through.

Crestomer® Bio 1140PA is a two-part, pre-accelerated, highly thixotropic structural adhesive based on unsaturated urethane acrylate with more than 20% bio-derived content that is completely styrene-free. It is used in various structural composite applications and exhibits excellent adhesion to FRP laminates, core materials, wood, and certain metals. Due to its versatile adhesion properties, Crestomer® Bio 1140PA can also serve as a general-purpose adhesive. It can bond diesel tanks, contour joints in FRP components, repair damaged areas, and bond "green" FRP.

EB-316M is a semi-rigid, high strength structural epoxy adhesive. This tough adhesive has an excellent combination of shear and peel strength. It has also excellent impact and vibration resistance and low temperature flexibility. This high-performance medical grade epoxy adhesive passes 500 thermal cycles from -50°C to 150°C. EB-316M is excellent for cryogenic temperature applications.

EB-316TM is a thixotropic version of EB-316M, a high strength, semi-rigid epoxy adhesive. This tough adhesive has an excellent combination of shear and peel strength. It has also excellent impact and vibration resistance and low temperature flexibility. This high-performance medical grade epoxy adhesive passes 500 thermal cycles from - 50°C to 150°C. EB-316M is excellent for cryogenic temperature applications.

FLASHBOND™ UV-6502CL is a low viscosity, high clarity, light curing epoxy adhesive that offers excellent strength wetting properties. UV-6502CL cures to a clear polymer and maintains clarity at elevated temperatures. This product requires direct light exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cures best in the UVA wavelengths (315-365nm).

EB-142HT-1 is unfilled, low viscosity, high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive. It maintains high lap shear strength up to 210°C and has excellent thermal and chemical resistance. It can be used for bonding, coating, and sealing applications where a thin film with high insulating resistance is required, particularly at elevated temperatures. It is recommended for bonding metals, glass, and ceramic substrates.

EB-126HT is two components, clear epoxy system. This long work life, low viscosity resin system is designed for the bonding, coating, sealing, and impregnation of electrical and structural components. The cured system has excellent electrical and physical properties above 250°C with outstanding high temperature stability. It also provides excellent moisture, chemical, and corrosion resistance as well as resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.

EB-316TC-2 is a two component, thermally conductive, electrically insulating epoxy designed for heat sinking electronics and semiconductors. It may be used as an adhesive, potting, or encapsulation material, for industries such as consumer, medical or optics.

127-04 is a screen-printable, B-Stageable, one part epoxy coating and laminating adhesive. This system features excellent thermal stability, thermal cycle resistance and chemical resistance. 123-34 is a pad-printable, B-Stageable, one part epoxy coating and adhesive, suitable for application by pad printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This system has been pre-catalyzed with CMI 119-44 to allow for low temperature cure. This product features excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical resistance and excellent high temperature properties. Applications include adhesives, printed circuit board fabrication, advanced material composites, sealing, and high performance coatings. 123-34 is a pre-catalyzed version of 122- 48.Features B-Stageable Epoxy Adhesive

128-19 is a screen-printable, B-stageable, one-part epoxy adhesive, suitable for application by screen-printing and syringe dispensing. 128-19 is designed to exhibit minimal flow during bonding. This product provides bonds of dissimilar materials and has has excellent adhesion to copper, aluminum and ceramic and a variety of other substrates. Additional applications include, but are not limited to, assembling electronic components.
