WACKER® AK 12500 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 12500 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it exceptional properties that distinguish it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits minimal changes in physical properties over a broad temperature range, excellent water-repellent properties, and good dielectric properties.

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 778 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. SEMICOSIL® 9882 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber adhesive that exhibits thixotropic properties and cures at moderate temperatures. It has a thixotropic, pasty consistency, making it easy to apply and work with. This adhesive offers low hardness and low modulus, resulting in excellent compression-set properties and high elongation.

SEMICOSIL® 917 is a shear-thinning, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel when mixed with ELASTOSIL® CAT PT, ELASTOSIL® CAT PT-F, ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, or SEMICOSIL® 950 UV B. It offers fast curing at room temperature when combined with Catalyst PT-F, and it provides a long pot life at room temperature when used with Catalyst PT.

WACKER® AK 20 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 20 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It is chemically highly unreactive, has a low solidifying point, and exhibits high heat resistance.

ELASTOSIL® E10 ROT is a one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber with low viscosity that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. This product shows good primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure.

ELASTOSIL® RT 708 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is designed for potting and coating applications and can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as through silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 708 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and offers long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

ELASTOSIL® SC 870 A/B is a two-part silicone rubber designed for creating a thixotropic, addition-curing foam. The foam structure consists primarily of closed cells. POWERSIL® N 553 DarkGrey is a one-component silicone dispersion that cures to form a tough, high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It offers very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® N 553 DarkGrey creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.

POWERSIL® 79032 is an electrically conductive silicone rubber dispersion in xylene. It serves as both a conductive coating and an adhesion-promoting primer. ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® E303 Transluzent is an acetoxy-cure, free-flowable, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. This grade is specifically designed for textile coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B has a very low viscosity, allowing for good penetration into the substrate and a dry surface touch. It is particularly well suited for textile coating applications that require enhanced flame retardancy.

ELASTOSIL® N 2189 is a non-slump, one-part alkoxy-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows primerless adhesion to many substrates, in particular cast magnesium. This product also exhibits good resistance against mineral oils.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 is an opaque paste with a medium consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials.
