ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3246 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

ELASTOSIL® SC 870 A/B is a two-part silicone rubber designed for creating a thixotropic, addition-curing foam. The foam structure consists primarily of closed cells. This product is particularly well-suited for use with automatic dispensing equipment during processing. Its exceptional rheology allows for the production of CIPG foam gaskets, even in complex 3D geometries.

SILRES® BS 17040 is a high-quality, water-thinnable silane emulsion that is solvent-free. It is specifically formulated to act as a water repellent for impregnating and priming alkaline mineral surfaces. Additionally, it can be used as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

POWERSIL® Fluid TR 50 is a fully synthetic silicone fluid that is nonvolatile and noncorrosive. It possesses a high fire point and exhibits virtually self-extinguishing behavior, significantly reducing the fire hazard compared to conventional transformer fluids. This fluid demonstrates exceptional thermal stability, even in the presence of air, enabling higher thermal utilization when compared to other liquid coolants.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1101 is a one-part, non-slump silicone adhesive that is solvent-free and non-corrosive. Upon exposure to air moisture, the adhesive cures at room temperature to produce a permanently flexible silicone rubber possessing exceptional mechanical properties. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1101 exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation, while being able to withstand constant exposure to ever-changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® 7100 P is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing and window applications, industrial applications, and sanitary areas. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® AK 5000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 5000 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it exceptional properties that distinguish it from organic materials like mineral oils. WACKER® AK 5000 exhibits minimal changes in physical properties across a broad temperature range, making it highly versatile. It also boasts excellent water-repellent properties and good dielectric properties, further enhancing its performance in various applications.

ELASTOSIL® N 2189 is a non-slump, one-part alkoxy-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows primerless adhesion to many substrates, in particular cast magnesium. This product also exhibits good resistance against mineral oils.

WACKER® GP-N - General Purpose Neutral Coloured is a one-part, neutral silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to most building substrates. It also offers good weather resistance and workability, making it ideal for glazing applications. The sealant cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® A 442 is a one-component, thixotropic sealant intended for use where a soft, high-elongation material is to be used. It is particularly effective as an adhesive in applications where the bonded joint is subjected to relatively large movements in service.

ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber that is flowable and addition-curing. It is specifically designed to form a closed cell foam structure. This material is highly compatible with automatic dispensing equipment, making it easy to process. ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is ideal for the production of heat-resistant foam gaskets in a flat design, particularly for use in CIPG (Cured-in-Place Gasket) applications.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

POWERSIL® 567 is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a durable high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Moreover, POWERSIL® 567 creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, effectively preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.

HELISOL® XLP is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 35 mm²/s. Its unique chemical structure gives HELISOL® XLP exceptional properties that distinguish it from organic materials like mineral oils. This clear, odorless, and colorless liquid exhibits an outstanding property profile.

ELASTOSIL eco 7750 N is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics for construction, glass, and window building, as well as industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® eco 7750 N is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

POWERSIL® 79032 is an electrically conductive silicone rubber dispersion in xylene. It serves as both a conductive coating and an adhesion-promoting primer. This product is supplied as a ready-to-use, one-component system, making it convenient for application. It exhibits low volume resistivity and acts as an effective adhesion promoter. POWERSIL® 79032 is suitable for various coating techniques, including dipping, brushing, and spraying.

SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

ELASTOSIL® E70 is a flowable, one-component, acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It is a high-temperature-resistant grade for sealing and bonding applications under high thermal stress.

ELASTOSIL® RT 706 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

SEMICOSIL® 912 is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that, when combined with ELASTOSIL® CAT PT, ELASTOSIL® CAT PT-F, or ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, cures to form a soft silicone gel. It possesses low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. The modular system of SEMICOSIL® 912 allows for flexible adjustment of the pot life and curing time by selecting from different catalysts. It is important to note that there is no binding between the base and catalyst, providing versatility in usage.

WACKER® AKF 100 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 100 mm²/s. XYLEX® XYLEXPRO1 is a product designed to enhance the cleanability of surfaces when used alongside standard cleaning and disinfection protocols. By incorporating XYLEX® XYLEXPRO1 into the cleaning process, surfaces can remain hygienically clean for up to five weeks with just one application. Clinical testing conducted in hospital settings has demonstrated that this product enables more thorough and effective disinfection, leading to low adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels on high touch surfaces. This allows hospitals to meet stringent ATP level standards for an extended period of time. XYLEX® XYLEXPRO1 is a water-based formula that is odorless and does not contain dye, fragrance, or harsh chemicals. It is available in both wipes and liquid forms.

Biosafe® HE4001 Antimicrobial is a 0.75% aqueous solution of 3-(trihydroxysilyl)propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride. The product is registered with the EPA under the number 83019-6. It effectively binds to a wide range of surfaces, providing long-lasting protection. The key highlights of this product are as follows: Synergistically enhances the effectiveness of disinfection and sanitization. Has broad compatibility and can be incorporated in a vast variety of formulations and substrates. Excellent safety profile: non-toxic, non-irritating, and does not show transdermal absorption. Typical use concentrations of 0.25 - 0.5 weight % of active relative to the substrate being treated.

It is used as a primer for improved adhesion to the substrate for coatings, facilitates the easier dispersion of pigments and provides higher color strength, and enables the immobilization of proteins on inorganic materials.

Dehypound® Advanced is a 1% active (RTU) product in water that can outperform the performance of all-purpose cleaners commercially available. There is no need for any solvent or builder, as it performs well on its own. However, performance decreases when glycol ether solvents are used, so they should be avoided. The surfactant is mild for plastics. It is a non-ionic synergistic blend that is peroxide stable and ideal for carpet spot cleaners. It is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

SEMICOSIL® 950 UV B is used in combination with SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A as a sprayable, addition-curing, 2-part silicone rubber of low viscosity that cures extremely fast after activation by UV light exposure to a soft silicone elastomer. The applied mixture offers a process control option by UV light (it contains a UV tracer).

WACKER® Primer G 791 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing primering system that is diluted in an organic solvent. The primer is applied to the substrate, and upon curing, it forms a primer film that firmly adheres to the substrate. Subsequently, applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and undergoing vulcanization will create a tight bond between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

SILRES® BS 1601 is n-octyltriethoxysilane, which is used undiluted as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for normal and reinforced concrete. It offers significant benefits such as the reduction of chloride and water absorption by the concrete, minimizing concrete loss due to freeze/road salt attack, and exhibiting low volatility. Once applied to the concrete, SILRES® BS 1601 reacts with atmospheric moisture or pore water present in the concrete, resulting in the generation of the active ingredient. This active ingredient effectively reduces the water absorbency of the treated concrete while maintaining a high level of water vapor permeability. Importantly, the treatment does not block pores or capillaries within the concrete.

SILPURAN® 2122 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone composition that cures to a soft silicone adhesive with high adhesive strength. It belongs to the silicone gel category. SILPURAN® 2122 A/B can be used as a skin adhesive in medical applications. It has good adhesive properties that can be adjusted to suit specific requirements. Increasing the proportion of component A results in a softer vulcanizate and increased tackiness.
