SILRES® BS 290 CF is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Like SILRES® BS 290, it can be diluted with organic solvents. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 290 CF in organic solvents serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral and highly alkaline substrates.

VINNAPAS® UW 4 FS is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. The resin is clear, colorless, and tasteless, and it is produced by polymerizing vinyl acetate. Typical applications for VINNAPAS® UW 4 FS include fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

SILRES® BS 1001 A is a stable, VOC-compliant, 50% active silicone emulsion that reduces with water to form a stable, penetrating water repellent emulsion. SILRES® BS 1001 A is developed to treat a wide variety of mineral substrates, including architectural concrete, concrete block, split-face block, pavers, stucco, porous and dense brick, clay tile, and exposed aggregate concrete. It is particularly effective in the do-it-yourself (DIY) markets, where good water repellency, beading, ease of use, and stability are required. SILRES® BS 1001 A is not recommended for below-grade applications where hydrostatic pressure can be significant.

DEHESIVE® PSA 810 M is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive specifically designed for coating films as well as other substrates. It offers excellent control over adhesion force along with a tight adhesion force profile. This product utilizes a thermal-curing system and achieves curing at a web temperature range of 90-200 °C.

SILPURAN® 2100 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone composition that cures to a soft silicone adhesive. It belongs to the silicone gel category. SILPURAN® 2100 A/B can be used as a skin adhesive in medical applications. It has good adhesive properties that can be adjusted to suit specific requirements. Increasing the proportion of component A results in a softer vulcanizate and increased tackiness.

VINNAPAS® UW 25 FS is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. This clear and colorless resin is produced through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. It is tasteless and finds application in building and construction adhesives, as well as resin modification for composites. The product is available in the form of solid, colorless beads that are odorless and tasteless.

SILRES® BS 2001 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It is a ready-to-use solution that serves as a high-quality water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. After application, the emulsion undergoes hydrolysis, releasing alcohol and converting into a silicone resin.

WACKER® GM - Glazing and Metal is a one-part, neutral-curing, low modulus silicone sealant with excellent adhesion and a long shelf life. It is designed for sealing, bonding, and repairing various tasks. WACKER® GM - Glazing and Metal cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable and flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® E60 N Grey is a flowable, one-part silicone rubber for potting and coating applications. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with excellent heat resistance. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® E60 N Grey shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C without damage.

SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft silicone elastomer. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A has a mixing ratio of 10:1 for its two parts and exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation. The cured elastomer has low hardness (Shore 00). Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

DEHESIVE® PSA 630 T is a solvent-based silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive intended particularly for coating films but also other substrates. It can be used for coating several film substrates, such as polyester, polyamide, polyimide, and other substrates, for the manufacture of different silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and other articles.

WACKER® 130 - Glass and Glazing is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for glazing and window sealing applications. This one-component, acid-curing sealant offers exceptional adhesion on glass and aluminum surfaces, along with a long shelf life and excellent processing properties. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 130 Glass and Glazing undergoes curing, transforming into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® HC 100 is a stable, VOC-compliant silicone emulsion with 50% actives. It can be diluted with water to create stable and penetrating water repellent emulsions. WACKER® HC 100 is specifically designed for treating various mineral substrates, such as architectural concrete, concrete block, splitface block, pavers, stucco, porous and dense brick, clay tile, and exposed aggregate concrete. This product is particularly effective in the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) market, where there is a need for good water repellency, beading, ease of use, and stability. However, it is not recommended for below-grade applications where there may be significant hydrostatic pressure.

SILRES® BS 17040 A is a water-thinnable, solventless silane emulsion that serves as a high-quality water repellent for impregnating and priming alkaline mineral surfaces. Similar to SILRES® BS 17040, it can be used as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

HELISOL® 10A is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 10 mm²/s. Its unique chemical structure sets it apart from organic materials like mineral oils, giving it exceptional properties. HELISOL® 10A is a clear, odorless, and colorless liquid.

ELASTOSIL® RT 625 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is specifically designed for electronics reproduction molding applications. This product offers excellent mechanical properties and is flowable in nature. It is a two-component system that provides high-quality reproduction molding results.

SEMICOSIL® 961 TC A/B is a shear-thinning, easy-dispensing, non-slump, two-part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It transforms into a soft and tacky rubber with excellent thermal conductivity. Specifically designed as an interface material, SEMICOSIL® 961 TC A/B is ideal for heat sink applications in the electronics industry.

ELASTOSIL® S 692 A/B is a self-leveling, electrically conductive, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber that can be cured at room temperature or at high temperatures. It is recommended for space applications due to its low outgassing rate and low-temperature flexibility. ELASTOSIL® S 692 A/B has been developed and designed as an ablative adhesive to prevent static electrical charging effects on solar generators for space applications, such as satellites.

WACKER® RTV-S 691 A/B is a self-leveling, two-part addition-curing silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature. It is particularly recommended for space applications due to its low outgassing rate and low temperature flexibility. This product has been specifically designed and used as an adhesive for solar cells on solar generators in space applications, including satellites.

ELASTOSIL® RT 622 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material and requires a two-component mixing process for curing. This product is specifically designed for applications in electronics encapsulation and hydroelectric power plants.

ELASTOSIL® RT 703 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part heat-curing silicone adhesive. It can also be used for surface printing purposes when applied by serigraphy. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 703 displays excellent adhesion to various substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 200°C (392°F) without damage.

SILPURAN® 2117 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone composition that cures to a soft silicone adhesive. It belongs to the silicone gel category. SILPURAN® 2117 A/B can be used as a skin adhesive in medical applications. It is especially suitable for bonding external mammary prostheses to the patient’s skin.

DEHESIVE® PSA 820 L is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for low adhesion levels. It serves as a general-purpose adhesive, primarily intended for coating films but also suitable for other substrates. This product utilizes a thermal-curing system and achieves curing at a web temperature range of 100-200 °C.

SILRES® BS 16 is an aqueous solution of potassium methyl siliconate used in diluted form for the hydrophobic impregnation of mineral construction materials, making them water-repellent. The water-repellent properties of SILRES® BS 16 are developed through its reaction with atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2), forming polymethylsilicic acid. However, it should be noted that, like all siliconates, SILRES® BS 16 may cause a white deposit on the surface of colored construction materials if used outside the recommended application guidelines.

SEMICOSIL® 950 UV B is used in combination with SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A as a sprayable, addition-curing, 2-part silicone rubber of low viscosity that cures extremely fast after activation by UV light exposure to a soft silicone elastomer. The applied mixture offers a process control option by UV light (it contains a UV tracer).

ELASTOSIL® SC 833 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that forms a predominantly closed-cell foam. ELASTOSIL® SC 833 A/B exhibits excellent flame resistance and is self-extinguishing. This product is commonly used in applications such as automotive, aerospace, and railway industries.

POWERSIL® Shine is a ready-to-use, one-component silicone-in-water emulsion. It is designed for cleaning electrical equipment and improving its surface hydrophobicity, which enhances its electrical insulating performance. The product comes in a convenient pump spray bottle, making it easy to apply. POWERSIL® Shine exhibits good cleaning behavior, does not contain solvents or abrasives, and is safe to use.

ELASTOSIL® N 2137 is a non-slump, one-part silicone rubber for sealing and bonding applications. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with excellent heat resistance. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® N 2137 shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180 °C (356 °F) without damage.

VINNAPAS® 224 HD is a multi-purpose construction dispersion for liquid and paste with cement-free binder technology, specifically suited for primers, ready-to-use tile adhesives, and one-component dispersion-based water-proofing membranes. It is based on a hard copolymer of styrene and acrylate and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® HD, which means that it provides a remarkable hydrophobic effect in addition to excellent adhesion even under wet conditions.

WACKER® 180 - High Temperature is a high-performance silicone sealant designed for applications requiring excellent heat resistance and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°C. This one-part acetoxy sealant cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® E 335 is a silicone emulsion of a polydimethylsiloxane fluid specifically designed for use in the food industry as a lubricant and for other specialty applications. It complies with various 21 CFR clearances, including 173.340(a) (3) [sugar beets and yeast], 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180, 176.200, 176.210, 177.1200, 177.2260, 177.2600, 177.2800, 178.3570, and 178.3910. However, it does not fall under 21 CFR 178.3400 as this code only applies to emulsifiers and surfactants. The WACKER® E 335 silicone emulsion does utilize an emulsifier in its formulation.
