Utilizing a phage-management system to maximize reliability, the BES Series gives you the ability to produce thick buttermilk or heavy bodied sour cream easily and efficiently. Frozen canned culture from the BES Series is available in inoculation rates of 125 GU per 125 gallons, and 250 GU per 250 gallons.
