This technology is based on a newly-developed intermediate monomer and anchoring groups. AFCONA 4071 has excellent performance dispersing carbon black. It gives very good blue undertones with high jetness.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 2270 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers good compatibility with most resin systems and is suitable for systems ranging from low to high polarity. It is recommended for medium-viscosity coatings applied using brush and conventional spray application.

AFCONA 2024 is a strong defoamer with leveling performance for all solvent-based coatings. It is a unique defoamer. It has very strong defoaming and anti-foam performances with additional good leveling. This is in contrary with most of the other defoamers, which influence the leveling performance negatively.

Through effective steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion an excellent stability performance on all type of pigments is given.

AFCONA 2020 is a very strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings, printing inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It eliminates foam and blistering, regardless of the source of the air bubbles. However, it is not suitable for transparent, high-gloss clear topcoats.

AFCONA 3037 is a specialized anti-blushing agent, anti-popping agent, and flow agent for use in various types of paints and thermoplastic systems. It contains a blend of high boiling point solvents and a polyether modified polysiloxane that helps promote paint leveling. It is especially well-suited for use as an anti-blushing aid in NC and TPA thermoplastic systems.

AFCONA 3570 is a leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings with a low foam stabilizing effect. It is a fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic, neutralized with a suitable amine, and dissolved in water. It is suitable for all water-based paints and is recommended for use in all kinds of water-based coatings with a pH value of 8.0 or higher.

AFCONA 4474 is an acid-based polymeric dispersant for coil and can coatings or any other acid-curing system. It is a very strong dispersant, especially for TiO2 dispersions in oil-free polyester/melamine systems.
