IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

MINBLOC® MC-251 belongs to the MINBLOC® MC series of antiblocking additives that are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique surface morphology. With nearly the same refractive index as the barefoot resins, MINBLOC® MC grades are ideal for PET, LLDE, LDPE, and other clear or opaque resin and film applications.

Mistron® 102 is a high-purity, platy talc with more than 97% talc content. Mistron® 102 is used for pitch control in all types of pulp and paper mills. Mistron® 102 is also available in compacted form to improve flow characteristics and minimize dusting.

ACCESS® SFR OH 80,000 is a high-viscosity hydroxyl functional fluid from the ACCESS® OH Polymer series. It is an effective Anti-Structuring additive in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. It can also be used as a reactive diluent for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. ACCESS® SFR OH 80,000 has excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. It is a pure product that does not contain any plasticizers or additives.

TYTAN™ AQ5000 is a proprietary titanium complex that is used as an advanced polyesterification and transesterification catalyst based on the latest titanate technology. TYTAN™ AQ5000 is recommended for the manufacture of unsaturated polyester, polyester, PET, PTT, and PBT without sacrificing performance when the water content increases in the system. Therefore, TYTAN™ AQ5000 delivers reliable and high performance during the processing.

Mistrofil MT Compacted is a versatile functional mineral that finds its application in numerous industries such as paper, paints, ceramics, plastics, and others. Its composition is predominantly made up of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is characterized by its odorless nature and appears in a white or off-white to light gray color.

AFCONA 7909 is a block polymer with acidic functionality that is recommended for use in unsaturated polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems, particularly those with high filler loads such as ATH and artificial marble systems. It has excellent viscosity depressing properties.

AFCONA 8530 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based paints. Its acidic group provides excellent anchoring of inorganic pigments and matting agents. Its linear structure helps to reduce the viscosity of filler and extender dispersions. It is specifically designed for PVC, UPE, and PU foam systems, aiding in the dispersion of fillers and inorganic pigments while providing good viscosity reduction.

Portafill® A25 is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portafill® A is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portafill® A micronized functional fillers are used in thermosetting powder coatings as an alternative to barium sulfate, when the high density is a limitation. In addition, Portafill® A fillers are less prone to the phenomenon known as "water spotting" in comparison to barium sulfate. It has very good chemical inertness (for outdoor and chemical applications).

DeCAL 2165 is a powerful nonionic surfactant that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. DeCAL 2165 is used as a dispersing agent in aqueous pigment dispersions, inks, and paints. Due to the chemical structure of this product, agglomeration of pigment particles is prevented due to steric stabilization.

DCL AG500 Bronze, 10 - 60 m

DCL 2443 Vat Orange, PO.43 is a bright, high-chroma orange pigment with excellent overall properties and high tint strength, suitable for nearly all types of coatings and plastics applications. It can be used to formulate pastel colors and for shading as well as creating copper metallic shades; however, full shade applications may have a tendency to darken upon exposure.

DCL Black 411A is a brown-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, high infrared reflection, and is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, has low heat build-up, exceptional durability, and hiding power. It is generally used in applications requiring resistance to heat, light, and weather, and is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping. Typical applications include liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 2665 Hansa Yellow, PY.65 is a bright reddish shade hansa yellow with very good weather fastness properties and is recommended for industrial coatings. It also exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating applications.

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL Violet 11T is a red-violet powder produced by a high temperature precipitation process, giving a non-migrating and non-bleeding pigment. It has fair heat stability but poor exterior durability. Typical applications (non inclusive) are toning clear and white resins to mask yellowing and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 131-XF Nat Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.102 is a yellow-shaded micronized natural red iron oxide used in the coating of metal substrates in primers and other applications where low cost and excellent chemical resistance are needed. Some areas of application include the construction industry for the coloration of ceramics, cement, concrete, bricks, mortar, asphalt, and glass.

DCL 2GLMA Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is renowned for its highly saturated, bright yellow shades, outstanding opacity, chemical resistance, excellent weathering, and durability across the color gamut from pale tints to masstone. It is the standard reference for both solvent and waterborne systems in automotive, coil and other high-performance paints. Additionally, its superior covering power and durability make it a popular choice for general industrial paints.

DCL 3GMX-SI Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright, green-shaded yellow pigment with stir-in dispersing properties. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI has the highest color strength, gloss, and opacity versus traditional grades. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI is especially suitable for automotive, industrial, and decorative paint applications.
