Ebalta LH 22 / GL is an epoxy laminating resin, which, depending on its application, can be used with the slow GL hardener or the faster GR hardener. They distinguish by minimal physiolgical effects. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 22, even come up to great demands. Due to its long potlife ebalta LH 22/GL is especially suitable for large-area and thick laminates, which also with a thickness of more than 10 mm, applied in one step, cure without any shrinkage at room temperature.

The product group ebalta SG 2000 consists of high-quality, nearly odorless two-component-Polyurethane casting resins without mixed in filler. The filler is stirred in when the components are mixed. There are different resin components available, which are processed with one hardener. The single types differ in potlife and curing time.

This product is a polyurethane system. The processing is preferably made in customary vacuum pouring plant. Manual processing possible. Mouldmaterial: we recommend silicone molds, for example Silastic® RTV 4234-T4O.

Ebalta SG 131 / PUR 11 is a Polyurethane system. Material should be carefully stirred up/ shaked before use. Filler content and sales units are on the separate mixing table noted.

Ebalta SG 700 A / PUR 5 is a two-component-Polyurethane casting resin, which cures very fast at room temperature. The very good workability and the excellent mechanical properties makes SG 700 a material with versatile application possibilities. ebalta SG 700 A is even more abrasion-resistant, but not so well workable by machine. Displacements, even made of wood, can be filled in. Material should be carefully stirred up/ shaked before use.

SILASTIC RTV-4260-V Kit is a two-component material consisting of a SILASTIC™ RTV4260-V Base, which when mixed with the SILASTIC™ RTV-4260-V Curing Agent cures at room temperature by an addition reaction. A range of materials can be cast into the cured silicone mold: plaster, polyurethane, and concrete are materials typically used.

This product is a polyurethane system. Preferential processing in usually used vacuum pouring plants. Maximum wall thicknesses of the parts: from 5 – 10 mm.

ebalta MG 425 is processed on a two-component low pressure device. The systems MG 400 / MG 425 / MG 475 are cured with the hardener PUR 19. By mixing MG 425 with MG 400 the E-modulus can variably between 630 – 1550 MPa. After grinding with a sand paper , grit 280, the surface can be varnished with a commercial lacquer. For better adhesion we recommend the use of a primer coat. Nitrocellulose lacquers have a better adhesion on polyurethane surfaces than on acryllacquer- systems. The four mentioned formulations differ in being filled or non-filled and their mechanical properties. The B-components Z 400 (potlife 8-12 min.) and Z 460 (potlife 60-70 min.) are identical and can be mixed with each other to control the reactivity, e.g. potlife. These combinations of Z 400 and Z 460 comp. B can be made any way as long as the totally required quantity of comp. B is observed (for each system). The total amount of Z 400 and Z 460 always has to be 30 g for 100 g comp. A

Ebalta GH 706/GL is a well castable two-components epoxy resin, which cures at room temperature and can be casted 40 - 50 mm thickness. The resin GH 706 contains very fine hard fillers and with hardener GL it has got a very hard, wear resistant surface with high compression strength and very fine structure. Physical data as per test specimen cured for 8 hrs. at 80°C ebalta GH 706 is the castable version of the very hard gelcoat OH 6-1.

SILASTIC RTV-4136-M Liquid Silicone Rubber designed especially for use with urethane foams and other casting plastics. This high-strength, tear resistant product cures at room or elevated temperatures by an addition reaction. The special features of SILASTIC RTV-4136-M Liquid Silicone Rubber help provide a long mold life, highly detailed reproductions and simplified handling. SILASTIC RTV-4136-M Liquid Silicone Rubber base is white, and its curing agent is regal blue to aid inspection for uniform blending. An easy-to-mix ratio of 10:1 base to curing agent helps ensure accurate measuring and blending by hand or machine. The material cures in unlimited thickness, regardless of part configuration or degree of confinement.
