Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous high performance thermoplastic offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than PEI. PPSU can operate in temperatures up to 180Cᵒ. PPSU has superior hydrolysis resistance when compared to other amorphous thermoplastics as measured by steam autoclaving cycles, it has virtually unlimited steam sterilizability. It also resists common acids and bases over a broad temperature range. Applications are; Aerospace, Aircraft, Automotive, Dental, Medical, Surgical instruments. The PPSU filament is based on the technology of Solvay.

Luvocom® 3F PEEK CF 9676 BK Filament is a 15% carbon reinforced PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) with extraordinary characteristics in terms of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance. PEEK with carbon is used in demanding industries like oil and gas, automotive, mechanical engineering, aircraft and aerospace technologies. Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a unreinforced High-temperature polyamide. Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach the saturation point compared to unmodified PA6, also its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, improved layer bonding and the unrequired use of a heated chamber.

Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA) polymers are amorphous and have mechanical properties similar to those of ABS plastics. However, the ASA properties are far less affected by outdoor weathering. The outstanding weather resistance abilities of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer. ASA parts have good chemical and heat resistance, and high impact strength, even at low temperatures. Typical ASA applications are buiding/construction, automotive and recreation parts.

Elogio AM PLA Filament (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable plastic coming from renewable organic resources (corn starch or sugarcane). PLA Filament is recyclable but can also be biological decomposed in composting plants.PLA is a polyester that is built from several lactic acid units. It is colorless and transparent. PLA has a density of about 1.25 kg/cm3. Polymers made of lactic acid are flammable.

ABS KEVLAR has been designed for 3D printing by a precise formulation of aramid fibers into ABS materials. The aramid fibers assuring dimensional stability ,preventing the printed object to warp and even make the printed object lighter than regular ABS.

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 BK Filament is a high temperature carbon fiber (15%) reinforced polyamide (PA). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print with low warping and improved layer bonding is optimized for industrial applications. Typical industries where it is commonly used are in robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace and also widely in the field of functional prototypes and end parts. Luvocom® 3F PPS CF 9938 BK Filament is a Polyphenylene sulfide, linear with 15% added carbon fibers, and is known for it's heat and chemical resistance. Below 200 °C the material doesn't dissolve in any solvent. This particular high performance polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, improved layer bonding and the unrequired use of a heated chamber.

Elogio AM ABS Filament is a thermoplastic and a copolymer that is used for rigid objects. It consists of 5-30% Butadiene, around 50% Styrene and the rest is Acrylonitrile. ABS is a strong material with high toughness and impact resistance. The maximum operating temperature is between 85 °C and 100 °C, depending on the modifications. The minimum operating temperature is -35 °C. ABS is a flammable polymer to which flame retardant can be added. It is also subject to aging by being exposed to the weather conditions (UV light, oxygen, moisture, heat) because Polybutadiene stimulates the oxidation of Polystyrene. This causes discolouration and the plastic loses its mechanical strength. In order to improve this UV stabilizers can be added.
