SIPERNAT® 22 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica combining a high absorptive capacity with a good flowability. It is well suited to transform any type of liquid, including defoamers, into dry, free flowing powder concentrates.

AEROSIL® R 812 S is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is even more hydrophobic than AEROSIL® R 812 and convenient for stabilizing a defoamer and well suitable as a component of foam control agents.

SIPERNAT® 22 S is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. SIPERNAT® 22 S can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

VISIOMER® PEG 200 DMA (polyethylene glycol 200 dimethacrylate) is an aliphatic dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity, making it an excellent choice as a co-monomer to enhance the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of resins. This label-free monomer finds applications in a variety of industries, including 3D printing, adhesives and sealants, coatings, composites, construction and, personal care.

SIPERNAT® 22 LS is a very finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications.

AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

SIPERNAT® D 17 is a hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica also used in defoamer.

ZEOFREE® 5162 is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. ZEOFREE® 5162 can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

SIPERNAT® 50 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica with the highest absorptive capacity and a high surface area. It is capable of transforming any liquid solution, water- or oil-based systems into dry powder concentrates of up to 75%.

SIPERNAT® 28 is a very finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a thickening or free-flow agent in other applications.

SIPERNAT® D 13 is a milled, hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica, high methanol wettability and low surface. It is used in a great variety of technical defoamers due to its high effectiveness and ease of dispersion.

SIPERNAT® 500 LS is a very finely ground silica with high surface area, low drying loss and particulary high absorbency.

AEROSIL® R 8200 is a structure modified hydrophobic silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is characterized by an extremely low thickening effect and high compacted bulk density. Its high hydrophobicity makes it suitable as a defoamer silica.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

VISIOMER® HEMA-P 100 is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It enables superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. In direct-to-metal coatings, it enhances corrosion resistance and improves film strength. This monomer can be used as a functional co-monomer in acrylic emulsions for coating resins, as a reactive co-diluent in composite resins, or as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

TEGO® Antifoam 1488 is a versatile emulsion-based anti-foaming agent tailored for various applications. It effectively controls foam formation in processes like emulsion polymerization and textile sizing. With good compatibility, it finds use in diverse industrial additives, including metalworking fluids and nonwovens. This emulsion-type additive is available in drums, catering to different production scales. Its performance spans markets like adhesives and sealants, fluids and lubricants, and building materials. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. It is particularly suitable for recycled polymers, as it can be used to compatibilize PE in PP, PP in PE, and PA in polyolefins. TEGO® Cycle CP 320 is ideal for producing automotive parts, electronic appliances, packaging materials, consumer goods, and oriented packaging straps. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications, including improved mechanical performance, better weld line strength, and prevention of stress cracking and whitening. It also improves mold release properties, reduces manual interventions, and allows for more exact reproduction of surface structure, resulting in shorter cycle times.

TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 is an organo-modified siloxane that is used as a processing additive, compatibilizer, and for permanent modification of polymer properties. Its use provides several advantages for specific applications. It reduces gelling, resulting in lower failure rates, reduces pressure, increases throughput, and prevents melt fracture and shark skin effect. It also reduces surface roughness. TEGO® CYCLE CP 310 shortens cycle times, prevents cut propagation in oriented tapes and films, and improves mechanical performance, including notched impact strength and elongation at break. It also prevents stress cracking and whitening.

TEGO® Antifoam KS 95 is a self-emulsifying organic antifoam concentrate enhanced with minor amounts of organo-siloxanes for improved efficiency. This antifoam is well-suited for industrial applications, specifically as an anti-foaming agent, and finds utility in various processes including polymerization, wastewater treatment, and suspension polymerization.
