Enviro-Finish 40 Series Low VOC Enamel is high performance waterborne acrylic enamel designed for the segment of the OEM Market that requires a VOC compliant coating to replace their conventional alkyd system. 40 Series is designed for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) applications or can be used over our 49 Series primer for extra corrosion protection. Formulated to provide extra early resistance to water spotting and wrinkling which are common problems among water reducible alkyd enamels exposed to moisture too early.

Master Touch 9810 Series is a heavy duty modified aluminum alkyd enamel that provides a very tough and durable high performance satin finish to protect surfaces from rust and corrosion. Can be use on a variety of interior and exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. This product is single component, but can be cross-linked with our 8000 Polyurethane Converter when stringent specs require extra gloss, color retention, and corrosion resistance.

Life-Kote 91 Series Topcoat VOC Compliant is a fast drying, high solids acrylic modified alkyd enamel designed for the segment of the OEM market that requires extra protection from the elements. Generally used as an industrial paint finish for OEM applications on a variety of metal substrates where performance and dry time are essential factors in production. This high performance product can be crosslinked with a hardener for even greater performance in heavy corrosion applications. Contains no lead, chrome or other heavy metal compounds. VOC compliant.

MasterTouch 81 Series - Semi gloss is a premium series Semi gloss alkyd enamel designed to provide a very tough, durable, semi gloss sheen finish for a wide variety of interior or exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. Master Touch 81 series Semi gloss is formulated for high hide, excellent sag resistance, flow and leveling, and wet edge retention. This extremely durable product is single component, but can be cross-linked with our 8000 Polyurethane Converter when stringent specs require extra protection, color retention, and corrosion resistance. Master Touch 81 series Semi gloss meets Gov’t. Specs TT-E- 529C and TT-E-509.

Master Touch 92R16 Red Oxide is a modified alkyd primer for OEM market and general industrial products that require a high performance coating. The 92R16 Primer exhibits excellent color retention, hardness and corrosion resistance. Product is lead and chrome free and contains strontium zinc phosphate for extra corrosion resistance.

Enviro-Finish 49 Series Primers is a hybrid waterborne primer system designed for the segment of the OEM Market that requires a VOC compliant coating to replace their conventional alkyd system. 49 Series is designed for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) applications. Formulated to provide greater wet adhesion to water ponding and greater resistance to water spotting and wrinkling which are common problems among water based systems exposed to moisture too early.

Life-Kote 74A02/74P02 Series DTM 302 g/l VOC is a two component, high solids, high-build, V.O.C. compliant, hybrid acrylic mastic urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, and flexible finish for the high performance coating markets. 74 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional coatings in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. 74 Series must be catalyzed with 8015 Urethane Catalyst only. Mix ratio is 4 to 1. 8015 catalyst is included with the base product in kit form. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.

Life-Kote 98 Series is a two-component, high solids, polyamide-cured, epoxy primer designed for use on interior or exterior substrates that require both extra flexibility as well as an extra corrosion resistant base for high performance topcoats. This product offers excellent adhesion to both the surface and the topcoats that follow. Highly resistant to many alkalis, solvents, and other active chemicals and provides excellent substrate protection in chemical and atmospheric environments. 98 Series can be top coated with converted epoxy topcoats, acrylic urethanes, and other high performance coatings.

Master Touch 80 Series is a high performance, acrylic modified, gloss alkyd enamel that provides a very durable, tough, high gloss finish for a wide variety of interior or exterior substrates including wood and ferrous metal surfaces. Meets performance specifications of TT-E-489G and TT-E-506K. Acrylic modification makes this alkyd enamel perform much better than a conventional alkyd enamel in the areas of durability, adhesion, color retention, flexibility, sag resistance, and wet edge retention. Life-Kote 72 Series “Bullet Proof” Urethane is a two component, high solids, VOC compliant, urethane system designed to produce a highly weatherable, durable, and flexible finish for the high performance coating markets. 72 Series is the ultimate coating in color and gloss retention. This tough, abrasion resistant finish performs its best in the areas of gloss and color retention by outlasting conventional alkyds in severe sun exposure by 3 to 1. Must be catalyzed with 8002 Urethane Catalyst. Mix ratio is 2 1⁄2 parts Base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. 8002 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2 hour pot life.

Mix ratio is 1 part base to 1 part catalyst, by volume. H8015 catalyst is included with product. Mixed material will have a 2-4 hour pot life.
