CURING AGENT X7 is polyfunctional aziridine, employed as crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter. It is a clear, amber liquid, miscible in water and many common organic solvents. Aziridine content is 6,35-7 meq/g

ANTIOX 2246 is a very efficient phenolic antioxidant, suggested for natural rubber or SBR and resins solvent based adhesives.

RELEASE FR 100 is a mixture of additives that allows a easy unwinding of the tape and, at the same time, offers a good anchorage on the PU foam.

OPS 3023 is a synergistic blend of 3 antioxidant systems: phenolic primary antioxidant, phospite and thio-ester. The product offers a protection against agening and thermal degradation. The product has not a precise melting point, because it is a mixture of various components. The product is in small pellets, this physical form ensures very low dust formation and excellent flowing properties.

ANTIOX AHM-EC2 PELLETS is a synergistic blend of four non staining antioxidants, including two primary phenolic stabilizers, a thio-ester for the long term stability, and finally a phosphite, for the high temperature protection. Its physical form allows very low dust formation in handling and good flowing properties.

ANTIOX W 54 is a 40% TS aqueous dispersion of a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant. ANTIOX W 54 protects the substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation during manufacturing, processing and end-use.

RELEASE K 100 ES is a synthetic polymer with an elevated molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for tapes with a superior resistance to heat and humidity. Its particular chemical structure guarantees an excellent anchorage to polyolefins and a good NO-NOISE effect. RELEASE

CURING AGENT CH is a liquid diisocyanate, designed to cross-link polyols (polyethers and polyesters), polyurethanes and elastomers (natural rubber, chloroprene, ...).

RELEASE ST6 DRY is a dry blend of synthetic resins, soluble in toluene/isopropyl alcohol. When applied on the backside of corona treated and untreated polyolephinic films, the product allows to obtain a good printability together with a good releasing effect. Primer is not necessary. The adhesive tape can be printed directly with polyamidic inks, with a one step process.

RELEASE W 40 S is a water-based release agent based on synthetic SBR polymers added with releasing agents.

RELEASE K 100 DM is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber or acrylic adhesives. It has a very good solubility in aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene). RELEASE K 100 DM is produced by a particular polymerization tecnique avoiding heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

CURING AGENT W3 DIL is a water dispersable polyisocyanate, NCO content is about 13%. Adhesive emulsions or solutions can be efficiently cross-linked with this product. The cured adhesive will have an increased resistance to heat, water, plasticizers and organic solvents.

ANTIOX ASX-L is a synergistic liquid blend of antioxidants.

TACKIFIER 55 is a water-borne dispersion of modified natural resins. The product is solvent free. Ring & ball of the base resin = 62-65°C

RELEASE KF 100 H is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives, if the chilling roll is well cooled. The product is silicone-free.

ANTIOX ASX-HS is a synergistic blend of variuos antioxidant: phenolic, phosphorous-derivatives and thioester. It has been developed to stabilize natural rubber solvent-based adhesives. The product is a homogeneous powder blend. This enables to achieve an easy dissolution into the solvent.
