MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP 410-10 is a base polymer made of cellulose acetate propionate with a 10% phthalate-free plasticiser added as a filler/additive system. Pre-drying conditions involve an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 h, depending on the moisture content which should not exceed 0.15%. When processed via injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 180-230°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C. Typical applications for this material include thick-walled parts with good strength and durability.
