Pre-drying conditions include a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content. WIC PP 15 N is a base polymer of Polypropylene reinforced with 15% carbon fiber in natural (carbon optic) color. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/227 UV is a special UV-stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer base polymer that is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 200-240°C and mold temperatures between 50-80°C.
