MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9214-1 is a base polymer of polyphenylene sulfide with a filler/additive system of 45% glass fibers and 20% mineral. It is designed for highly stressed parts in the automotive and machinery market segments, and has special features of high stiffness. Pre-drying conditions include a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content. Processing includes injection molding with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9510-5 is a pre-drying injection molding grade polymer with a base polymer of polyphenylene sulfide. It contains 40% glass fibers, offering high stiffness and easy flow, and is used in various market segments with typical applications such as pump components and housings. The pre-drying conditions involve a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature of 130-140°C for 2-4 hours depending on the moisture content. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60I 3EF0010 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) designed for injection molding. It has a melt temperature of 190-220°C, mold temperature of 10-60°C, and injection speed of middle to high. It has back pressure of >3 bar and a holding pressure of 50-70% of the injection pressure. It is easy to flow, has a high surface quality, and is weather-resistant, chemical-resistant, ozone-resistant, hot air and hydrolysis resistant. MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 531-10 is a Cellulose Acetate Butyrate polymer with 10% phthalate-free plasticiser. It is used for various applications and pre-dried in an air circulating dryer at a temperature of 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.05%. For processing injection molding, the extrusion melt temperature should range from 180-230°C and the injection molding temperature should be 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 16104 WT2288-09TL is a polycarbonate base polymer filled/additive system with UV stabilizers and light scattering special features for the Automotive and Lighting market segments. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 1000/518 IM is a Polyamide 6 impact modified base polymer designed for easy release (demolding). MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ASA/PC 540/5 UV GY81-714MCF is a UV stabilized polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate Blend with a metallic color and low tendency to flow lines. It is typically used for housings and is suitable for electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments. Pre-drying Conditions for this material are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 90-110°C for 2-4 hours, in an air circulating dryer 90-110°C for 4-8 hours depending on moisture content. Processing Injection molding involves using a melt temperature of 260-300°C and a mold temperature of 60-90°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 BK1261-20 is a polystyrene-based injection-molding grade with easy-release (demolding) and impact properties, making it suitable for use in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction markets for injection-molded parts such as bezels and housings. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/227 UV is a special UV-stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer base polymer that is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 200-240°C and mold temperatures between 50-80°C. This polymer is ideal for applications such as housings, clothing/fasteners, and building and construction. It is essential to pre-dry the polymer under conditions of 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.20%. It is used in the automotive and lighting market segments for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements and is approved by GMW15702 and GM3013.
