MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP 410-11 is a base polymer made of cellulose acetate propionate, which is typically used for thick-walled parts. It is pre-dried in an air circulating dryer between 50-80°C for 2-4 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. During processing, injection molding is used with a melt temperature of 180-230°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. It contains 11% phthalate-free plasticiser for optimal performance. It should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment, not exceeding 30°C for best results.
