MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA6 1000 AG UV 15046 WT1077-15 is a pre-dried polyamide 6-based material with an additive system containing a hygienic material and light stabilizer. It is white in color, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. This material is suitable for use in personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. Pre-drying conditions must be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2040/652 GF 40 UV CP is a Polypropylene Homopolymer pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. It is processed using Injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas.
