MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 501-10 is a Base Polymer of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate that has been pre-dried in either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 50-70°C for 1-2 h or an air circulating dryer at 50-70°C for 2-4 h. It is suitable for Processing Injection molding with a melt temperature of 190-235°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C and is formulated with a phthalate-free plasticiser and other additives to provide good chemical resistance, high light transmission, high surface quality, processing stabilization, injection molding grade, good haptics, and good weathering resistance, making it suitable for various market segments and applications areas with typical applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/10 GY1464-04MCF is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a gray, metallic color. It features flow line optimization, low tendency to produce flow lines, slip agent, and heat stabilization. This product is suitable for applications such as household items and housings, and can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature 20-70°C.

ALCOM® PP 620/10 GY1464-04MCF

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/500 GF30 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is glycol, hot oil, and chemically resistant, has good flow, easy release properties, and is highly heat stabilized. This polymer is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and machinery applications, and can be used in the manufacturing of engine and drive systems, injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and exterior parts. Typical applications include different automotive powertrain parts, oil pans/sumps, and functional components, as well as housings.

ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/500 GF30

WIC PA6 15 BK IM is a heat aging stabilized, impact modified Polyamide 6 base polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler in black color, suitable for Automotive and Sport market segments. Its pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8h, depending on moisture content up to 0.12% max. moisture content. The processing conditions are injection molding with melt temperature 250-270°C and mold temperature between 60-100°C. The increased thermal conductivity must be considered under certain conditions. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment and used within six months after opening the package.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A75I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer used in a variety of markets such as automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is typically used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners &amp; connectors, and 2K components.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A70I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with natural color, black and has good recovery, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 195-230°C and a mold temperature of 10-60°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners &amp; connectors, and 2K components. It can adhere to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 531-10 is a Cellulose Acetate Butyrate polymer with 10% phthalate-free plasticiser. It is used for various applications and pre-dried in an air circulating dryer at a temperature of 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.05%. For processing injection molding, the extrusion melt temperature should range from 180-230°C and the injection molding temperature should be 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2040/159 GF40 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature of 20-90°C, containing 40 % glass fibers with special features such as chemical coupling, high toughness, and high stiffness. Typical applications are varied and it should be stored in a dry, dark place at a temperature no higher than 30°C. Ensure that it is well sealed to avoid contamination.

ALTECH® PP-H A 2040/159 GF40 CP

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 BL1411-07LD is a polycarbonate-based compound with a special filler/additive system suitable for Automotive and Lighting applications. It requires pre-drying conditions of 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 h with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.02%. Typical applications include lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It is approved under GS93016 and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. It should be stored in a dry place and protected from light, with the lid firmly secured after use.

ALCOM® MED PS 1000 04002

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PA66 1000 19046 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months and should be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.12%. The recommended processing injection molding melt temperatures are between 270-290°C and mold temperatures between 40-80°C. The base polymer is Polyamide 66, and it features easy release (demolding) and heat stabilization. It is suitable for the packaging, Medical / Personal Care market segments and can be used for injection molded parts of various shapes and sizes.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PP 2040 BL1182-19 is a polypropylene homopolymer with a 40% glass fiber filler/additive system specifically designed for use in the Medical/Personal Care market segment. It is typically used for housings. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended that pre-drying be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature of 20-90°C. It is important to protect the material from light and not expose it to temperatures above 30°C, as this may cause material degradation.

Pre-drying conditions include in an air circulating dryer between 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer between 60-80°C for 2-3 hours depending on the moisture content. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature between 180-260°C and a mold temperature between 10-70°C. The base polymer is Polystyrene and it is typically used for various applications such as consumer goods, food packaging, medical devices, and more.

Pre-drying should be done in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in a dry air (dessicant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 AS 14115 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. It is based on a polystyrene impact polymer and contains an antistatic and permanent filler/additive system. It is designed for medical and personal care applications such as housings and is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be conducted in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h, depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 2015 05001 is an injection molding grade material suitable for producing housings used in various applications. It is composed of impact polystyrene as the base polymer and 15% glass fibers as the filler/additive system. This material should be stored in a dry, protected location away from light, and not above 30°C.
