MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0205-14 EA is a base polymer consisting of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/8 GF/MRX is a blow molding grade polypropylene homopolymer with glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It has special features such as high acoustic damping and high density, and is typically used for conduit applications in the automotive market. Pre-drying conditions are required, either in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 210-230°C.

It can be used for profile, seals, sealing lip, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, and air duct, as well as 2K components. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60E 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with high viscosity, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use in automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture applications, such as for extruded parts, blow molded parts, coextrusion, profiles, seals, sealing lip, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, and air ducts. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA-UV V 1955/2 is a polyamide polymer designed for use in building and construction applications. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding processes with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Dosage should be adjusted depending on the application and operational area, wall thickness, and required color intensity, ranging from 2-5%. MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0207-14 OA is a base polymer of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has special features of slip agent, migration towards the surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-40°C, as well as extrusion dependent on the application and operational area. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A BG931-4178 is a beige color pigment with a lightfastness woolscale of 6, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and with a high dispersibility and additive content. It is ideal for use in polycarbonate applications and is perfect for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. It is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding processes, with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 0-110°C. It has a thermal stability colorant of 280°C max.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A GY5039-15 is a gray colorant containing blue woolscale 8 light fastness and is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments. It is suitable for applications in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA BN5035-16 is a brown colorant for use in Polyamide, with a dosage of 5.0% for both extrusion and injection molding depending on the application and operational area. It has a light fastness woolscale of 7 and needs to be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on the moisture content. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has a high additive content. It is suitable for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets and is highly recommended.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A GY3117-12 is a dust-free, high additive content, high dispersibility blue woolscale 8 gray colorant with a light fastness of 8, similar to RAL 7047, for use in polycarbonate. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, and suitable for applications such as electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure. It can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts, but its thermal stability should not exceed 300°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® HTC FC WT3167-11TL is a blue woolscale 8, white, translucent light fastness colorant with a dosage of 3% for extrusion and 3% for injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has high dispersibility. This colorant is suitable for building and construction, sport and leisure applications, injection molded, blow molded and extruded parts. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature is 260-282°C and the mold temperature is 38-66°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® SMMA FC GN5031-18 is a green colorant that is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments. It has high dispersibility and high additive content, making it suitable for use in Styrene Methyl Methacrylate applications across various industries such as electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure. The melt temperature for injection molding is 270-310°C and the mold temperature is 80-110°C. It has a thermal stability colorant of 350°C max.
