MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D50E 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a black color, high viscosity, and excellent weathering, chemical, ozone, and hot air resistance. It is suitable for pre-drying in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours. It is recommended for use in automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture applications, and is suitable for extruded parts, blow molded parts, and coextrusion. Typical applications include profiles, seals, sealing lips, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, air ducts, and 2K components. It can adhere to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.
