Plenco® 05351 is a mineral and graphite filled phenolic molding compound. Customers have found this material useful for seal applications. Plenco® 05351 offers excellent dimensional stability, lubricity, and low abrasion properties. 05351 is available in gray. 05351 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.

Plenco® 06343 is a mica reinforced phenolic molding compound, offering for a low power factor, low electrical losses, and good electrical properties after long exposures to high humidity. UL recognized under component file E40654. 06343 is available in natural color.

Plenco® 05482 is an organic reinforced phenolic molding compound formulated with graphite to improve the abrasion resistance. 05482 is available in black and brown. 05482 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.

Plenco® 05118 is a mineral and graphite filled phenolic molding compound. Customers have found this material useful for bearing seals. 05118 provides for a low coefficient of friction, abrasion resistance, minimal water absorption, and excellent dimensional stability under severe exposure. 05118 is available in gray. 05118 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.

Plenco® 06401 is a glass fiber and mineral filled two-stage phenolic molding compound. UL recognized under component file E40654. 06401 is available in black.

Plenco® 06582 is a rubber modified phenolic molding compound, offering excellent heat resistant properties, along with improved mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. UL recognized under component file E40654. 06582 is available in black.

Plenco® 06500 is a glass-reinforced phenolic molding compound offering improved strength, dimensional stability, and excellent electrical properties. UL recognized under component file E40654. 06500 is available in black.

Plenco® 06404 is a glass fiber and mineral filled two-stage phenolic molding compound offering superior molded mechanical properties, especially tensile strength. Plenco® 06404 is available in black. Plenco® 06404 is UL recognized under component file E40654.

Plenco® 06553 is a mineral and glass fiber reinforced two-stage phenolic molding compound, formulated for dimensional stability, good chemical resistance to brake fluids, such as DOT 3 and 4, and should provide grinding to close tolerances. 06553 is UL recognized under component file E40654. 06553 is available in black. 06553 was qualified under military specification MIL-M 14 (superseded by ASTM D-5948) TYPE MFH and batches can, if requested and paid for, be tested for certification to the standard.
