SABIC's Specialties Business XENOY™ FR Resin ENH2900 is an injection molding grade based on a polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PC/PBT) blend. This grade features non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardants, good flow, impact modification, and improved chemical resistance, including enhanced resistance to chemicals. This grade is suitable for various applications, including building and construction for outdoor, lawn, and landscape use, as well as for electrical devices and displays, electrical components, and infrastructure.

LNP LUBRICOMP DFL34 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 20% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

LNP LUBRICOMP ZL003 compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 2.0 mm and high flow capability. LEXAN CFR9712 is available in clear transparent and tinted color options that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

This injection moldable grade is heat stabilized and impact modified and was designed to withstand high heat autoclave sterilization <350 cycles. In addition, this grade is US FDA and European Food Contact approved, biocompatible (ISO10993 or USP Class VI), RoHS compliant, and it is subject to SABIC’s Healthcare management of change and formulation lock. NORYL HNA033 resin may be an excellent candidate for applications requiring multiple sterilization cycles such as disposable dental xray mouth guards and surgical stapler components. It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

In additional, this grade is US FDA Food Contact approved, biocompatible (ISO10993 or USP Class VI), RoHS compliant, and it is subject to SABIC’s Healthcare management of change and formulation lock. NORYL HNA055 resin may be an excellent candidate for applications requiring extended duty sterilization cycles such as sterilization trays, dental trays, surgical instrument handles, and animal cages. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7636C is available in diffusion colors.

This inherently flame retardant resin is KTW, WRAS, ACS, NSF-61 and W270 certified and is US FDA and European Food Contact approved. ULTEM PW2100 resin offers specific colors designed and certified for use in potable water applications.
