SILFOAM® SE 6 is a milky, comparatively viscous antifoam emulsion used in various fields, including cosmetic and food contact applications. It contains broad-spectrum, physiologically safe active ingredients based on polydimethylsiloxane and silicon. SILFOAM® SE 6 is widely used for controlling foam in systems and products that might come into indirect contact with foodstuffs, such as cleaners for food containers, conveyor systems, and storage surfaces.

ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubber with very low volatile content and excellent mechanical properties with no required post-cure. ELASTOSIL® RT 602 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits a medium hardness and excellent heat stability. This product is suitable as a general purpose encapsulant.

DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. It offers excellent release stability, excellent anchorage to polyester films, and a good bath life. DEHESIVE® 955 can be used for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/40 MH is an addition-cure, two-component high consistency silicone rubber used for manufacturing molded articles. BELSIL® GB 1020 is a blend of low-viscosity dimethicones and a high-molecular-weight dimethiconol. This unique composition combines the beneficial properties of both low-viscosity fluids and the extremely high-viscosity dimethiconol. The low-viscosity dimethicones exhibit excellent spreading capabilities, facilitating the even distribution of the high-viscosity conditioning agent, dimethiconol.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

WACKER® CS - Construction Seal is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant specifically designed for construction, glass, and window building applications. POWERSIL® GEL A/B is a pourable, two-component silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to form a transparent, very soft silicone gel. The resulting vulcanizate exhibits excellent mechanical damping properties, providing effective vibration absorption. Additionally, this gel is non-bleeding, ensuring its stability and integrity over time.

BELSIL® DM 12500 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is a dimethicone with a viscosity of 12500 mm²/s. It is characterized by low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Due to their flexible polymer backbone, dimethicones have high permeability to gasses such as water vapor and oxygen, allowing the skin to respire.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3242 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

LUMISIL® LR 7601/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber belonging to the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The vulcanizates produced from this material are characterized by their remarkable optical transparency, as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

BELSIL® DMC 6031 is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and organic glycol. It acts as a resin plasticizer in hair fixative compositions, reducing brittleness and flaking. In shampoos and shower gels, it stabilizes foam, provides mild conditioning, and promotes clarity. In creams and lotions, it acts as a co-emulsifier, improving emulsification, skin feel, and product stability.

BELSIL® ADM 6057 E is an oil-in-water macro-emulsion of an amodimethicone with a low amine content. It is stabilized using a cationic or nonionic emulsifier system. This product is primarily used in the field of hair care, including conditioners, hair styling products, and shampoos.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It possesses good dielectric properties, has low surface tension, resulting in high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Blue RAL 5002 is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used to produce ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without significant impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

SILPURAN® 6610/40 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound. VINNOL® E 18/38 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 82 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 18 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It is primarily utilized as a binder in printing inks and surface coating compounds. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

BELSIL® DM 10 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is known for its low surface tension and high spreading coefficient. Dimethicones, like BELSIL® DM 10, have a flexible polymer backbone that enables high permeability to gasses such as water vapor and oxygen. This property allows the skin to breathe and maintain its natural respiration.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3851/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3851 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as an adhesion promoter for silicone rubbers. WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solution of siloxanes and reactive silanes in organic solvents. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R plus or LR silicone elastomers (addition curing).

SILPURAN® 6400/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6400 exhibits excellent tear resistance measured according to ASTM D 624 B and DIN ISO 34-1 method A (DIN 53507). LUMISIL® LR 7601/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional optical transparency, along with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. This hydrolysis process leads to the formation of silanols, which have the ability to react with each other and form siloxanes. DEHESIVE® eco 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid specifically created for release applications. It is applied, together with additional components, onto paper and filmic substrates. This product is noteworthy for being based on renewable raw materials in accordance with the "Standard REDcert²."

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. VINNAPAS® EN 1033 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers.
