ELASTOSIL® M silicone rubber has been the ideal solution for the production of molds that are highly elastic and have excellent release properties and optimum durability. These invaluable processing properties make ELASTOSIL® M indispensable, to both industrial and artisan mold makers.

ELASTOSIL® M

SILFAR® is the name of WACKER’s range of silicone-based products specifically intended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for use in fermentation and other biotech processes. SILFAR® products feature outstanding chemical resistance. They are not resorbed in the digestive tract, and are therefore not metabolized. They are colorless and odorless.

WACKER’s CAVAQ10® is a highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 powder. This fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance is a known antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and supporting optimum fuctioning of the cardiac muscle. However, many commercial products do not offer adequate bioavailability. WACKER’s cyclodextrin-encapsulated CAVAQ10® powder, by contrast, has an 18-fold higher bioavailability compared to other CoQ10 products.

CAVAMAX® is the trade name for cyclodextrins from WACKER. We are the only company in the world to manufacture all three naturally occurring cyclodextrins – α, β and γ (CAVAMAX® W6, W7 and W8). CAVAMAX® cyclodextrins have unique properties resulting in a wide range of functionalities, such as stabilization, rheology control, masking of bitterness or increasing bioavailability and much more. This paves the way for innovative food, pharma and industrial applications.

BELSIL® is an extensive range of premium-grade silicones intended specifically for personal care applications, and more especially for hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, and deodorants. BELSIL® products are developed and manufactured in the highest quality and with utmost care, ensuring that the formulations are highly efficient and reliable. With BELSIL®, you can tailor your hair-care or skin-care formulations or color cosmetics to obtain end products that are not only competitive but also meet the needs of the market.

CAVACURMIN® is a highly bioavailable curcumin complex that is around 40 times more efficiently absorbed than standard turmeric extract. The complexation with the naturally occurring oligasaccharide gamma-cyclodextrin results in a free-flowing, easily dispersible powder.

SILPURAN® 6700/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with a very short curing time and good mechanical and electrical properties. Vulcanizates are noted for their self-adhesive properties on various substrates. SILPURAN® 6700/60 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

SILRES® BS 66 is a liquid oligomeric siloxane that is primarily designed for the in-plant water-repellent treatment of aerated concrete. Its main purpose is to provide water repellency to aerated concrete during the manufacturing process. Additionally, it can be diluted with organic solvents and used as a water repellent for facades. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 66 acts as a water-repellent admixture for aerated concrete. Even in small quantities, it has a significant impact on reducing water absorption and optimizing the pore structure of the concrete. This helps improve the overall performance and durability of the aerated concrete by minimizing water penetration and enhancing its resistance to moisture-related issues.

WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

DEHESIVE® 910 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a multicomponent release coating used to produce paper and filmic release liners, which are essential for single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications such as construction, glass and window building, and industrial use. This one-component, neutral-curing sealant offers outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter undergoes curing and transforms into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® Catalyst PT 5 is a specialized platinum catalyst designed for the efficient thermal curing of both solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. It is highly active and concentrated, ensuring rapid curing and consistent performance in silicone systems. With its high platinum concentration, this catalyst offers excellent efficiency. Additionally, WACKER® CATALYST OL is miscible with silicones in any proportion, providing versatility and ease of use in various applications.

SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and exhibits very low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. This product offers fast curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -100 °C to +200 °C. Additionally, it has a low ion content, ensuring high purity in applications.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL Pantone Yellow 1205 C is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used in ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration as it may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL Violet RAL 310 30 40 D is a ready-to-use masterbatch that contains specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers. It is commonly used for producing ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This color paste enables homogeneous covulcanization without significantly affecting the physical properties, such as hardness, and without the risk of migration often seen in systems based on silicone oil.

DEHESIVE® PSA 810 M is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive specifically designed for coating films as well as other substrates. It offers excellent control over adhesion force along with a tight adhesion force profile. This product utilizes a thermal-curing system and achieves curing at a web temperature range of 90-200 °C.

DEHESIVE® 811 is a solvent-based condensation-curing silicone specifically recommended for release coatings. It exhibits good release stability after post cure and provides excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates.
