WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as an adhesion promoter for silicone rubbers. WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solution of siloxanes and reactive silanes in organic solvents. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R plus or LR silicone elastomers (addition curing).

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. SILRES® BS 68 is a solvent-thinnable silane/siloxane mixture. It is used in diluted form for the hydrophobic impregnation of mineral construction materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. The concentrated product is also employed in the manufacturing of bitumen-bound minerals or as a binder for mineral systems. The product develops its hydrophobic effect through a reaction with atmospheric moisture or water adsorbed onto the pores and capillary walls of the construction material. SILRES® BS 68 is characterized by higher alkali resistance compared to pure methyl silicone resins, and the water vapor permeability of the construction material is only slightly affected.

ELASTOSIL® 8510 P is a one-part, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion properties, a long shelf life, and very good working properties for construction and sanitary applications, especially for sealing natural substrates such as granit or marble. ELASTOSIL® 8510 P cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

POWERSIL® N 553 DarkGrey is a one-component silicone dispersion that cures to form a tough, high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It offers very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® N 553 DarkGrey creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is primarily used for potting and coating applications but can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as by silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 705 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and demonstrates long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C (446 °F) without sustaining any damage.

WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

SILRES® BS 710 is a permanent anti-graffiti coating designed to protect concrete, masonry, wood, and pre-existing coatings. It is based on polyorganosiloxanes and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. SILRES® BS 710 is a single-component product that cures at room temperature with ambient moisture. The cured coating offers excellent release properties and ease of removal for most permanent markers and aerosol paints.

SILRES® BS 5137 is a highly efficient aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of reactive polydimethylsiloxane. It is used to provide water repellency to glass wool (fiberglass) or stone wool bound with phenolic resin. It can also be utilized for expanded minerals such as perlite, vermiculite, or expanded clay aggregates.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

ELASTOSIL® 4000 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3243 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

When used with curing agent WACKER® Catalyst T 79, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber with outstanding oil resistance. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 779 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, motor oil, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® E91 Transparent is a self-leveling silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Curing can be accelerated in a steam oven. It is a multipurpose glue for textile coatings, e.g. antislip coatings.

ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material with resistance against casting resins, making it suitable for various applications such as encapsulation of electronic components, all-round potting compound, and mold making in reproduction molding.

ELASTOSIL® N 2010 is a self-leveling, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® RT 675 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 1:1 mixing ratio. It features a very high hardness (Shore A) and excellent heat stability. This silicone rubber is particularly known for its high thermal conductivity, making it ideal for the encapsulation of electronic components.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. This grade is specifically designed for textile coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B has a very low viscosity, allowing for good penetration into the substrate and a dry surface touch. ELASTOSIL® E14 Red is a non-sag acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It meets the physical requirements of MIL-A-46106, Group I, Type I, and Group III, Type I.

ELASTOSIL® 4710 is a 100% silicone, one-component, acid-curing silicone sealant for sealing joints in food and drinking water contact applications. This versatile product cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.
