SILRES® BS SMK 1311 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. The dilute aqueous solution of SILRES® BS SMK 1311 serves as a high-quality, general-purpose water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral and even alkaline substrates. SILRES® BS SMK 1311 also serves as a chemical damp-proofing agent in a diluted aqueous solution.

SILRES® BS SMK 550 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. Such dilute aqueous solutions serve as chemical damp-proofing agents. The WTA has certified the suitability of SILRES® BS SMK 550 for this application.

SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. SILRES® BS 5138 can also be employed for hydrophobation of porous mineral insulation materials like perlite, vermiculite, or expanded clay.

SILRES® BS 66 is a liquid oligomeric siloxane that is primarily designed for the in-plant water-repellent treatment of aerated concrete. Its main purpose is to provide water repellency to aerated concrete during the manufacturing process. Additionally, it can be diluted with organic solvents and used as a water repellent for facades. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 66 acts as a water-repellent admixture for aerated concrete. Even in small quantities, it has a significant impact on reducing water absorption and optimizing the pore structure of the concrete. This helps improve the overall performance and durability of the aerated concrete by minimizing water penetration and enhancing its resistance to moisture-related issues.

SILRES® BS 97 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion based on an alkyl silicone resin. It is primarily used for the water-repellent treatment of insulation materials. SILRES® BS 97 is particularly well-suited for the treatment of expanded mineral materials such as vermiculite, perlite, and clay. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

VINNAPAS® 561 ED is a low Tg polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits excellent elongation, flexibility, and water resistance, making it ideal for numerous construction applications. VINNAPAS® 561 ED exhibits high filler loading capabilities and is compatible with both fully and partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohols, as well as other synthetic latex polymer dispersions (such as styrene/acrylic and pure acrylic dispersions).

VINNAPAS® CEF 52 is a dispersion of a vinyl chloride, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with excellent compatibility with cement, pigments, and fillers. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is produced without adding APEO, plasticizers, or organic solvents.

VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is a versatile polymer dispersion with high water resistance and excellent compatibility. This product is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is produced without using formaldehyde donors and without adding plasticizers or organic solvents.

HDK® V15 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® V15 finds its application as a thickening and thixotropic agent in silicone sealants. Additionally, it is used as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers.

HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B is a low-viscosity, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. This product undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in the formation of a highly flexible and very soft silicone gel. It boasts a rapid heat curing process, allowing for efficient production times. With its remarkably low hardness, WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B provides the desired silicone gel consistency. SILRES® BS 1042 is an aqueous emulsion of a reactive polydimethylsiloxane. Its purpose is to provide water repellency to materials such as glass wool mats or rock wool mats that are bound with phenolic resin. It can also be used for low-density bulk goods like perlite or vermiculite. The emulsion helps to impart water-repellent properties to these materials, enhancing their performance in moisture-related applications.

SILRES® BS 1803 is a solvent-free emulsion based on organo-modified silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically designed to act as a water-repellent admixture for semi-dry concrete and other non-load-bearing cement-based building materials, including paving stones and concrete blocks. SILRES® BS 1803 helps to minimize the amount of water absorbed by the concrete or other cement-based materials, thereby enhancing their durability and resistance to moisture-related issues.

SILRES® BS 5350 is a pure liquid siloxane specifically designed to provide water repellency to autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and effectively reduce its capillary water absorption. It is suitable for application on AAC with densities above 150 kilograms per cubic meter. Despite being a non-water-based product and free from surfactants or solvents, SILRES® BS 5350 is commonly used as an integral or in-mass hydrophobizing additive in the aqueous AAC slurry. It disperses within the mixer through the shear forces generated between the liquid and solid components.

SILRES® BS 375 is a solvent-dilutable concentrate of alkylsilane and siloxane. When diluted with organic solvent, it serves as a water repellent for impregnating mineral building materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. Its water-repellent effect develops by reacting with atmospheric humidity and water absorbed on the walls of the pores and capillaries of the building material. SILRES® BS 375 penetrates the building material further and exhibits higher resistance to alkalis compared to pure methyl silicone resins.

WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. This product offers inherent tack and possesses excellent mechanical damping properties. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, WACKER SilGel® 613 exhibits rapid UV curing at room temperature while maintaining a long pot life.

VINNAPAS® 5537 T is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for thixotropic tile adhesives and ETICS. It is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5537 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic characteristics. Besides good non-slump properties and workability, it offers good tensile adhesion strength after water immersion. The product is currently in the process of being introduced into industrial use (scale-up product). The quoted product data is, therefore, subject to change. VINNAPAS® 5046 T is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for thixotropic tile adhesives, repair mortars, troweling compounds, and ETICS. It is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5046 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic properties. In addition to strong non-slump properties, it offers excellent workability.

VINNAPAS® 5047 T is a very flexible dispersible polymer powder with a slight thixotropic effect and very good workability, specifically suited for tile adhesives, troweling compounds, and ETICS. It is based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5047 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic properties. VINNAPAS® 4023 N is a multi-purpose dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for ETICS, render and plasters, and skim coat. SILRES® BS 16 is an aqueous solution of potassium methyl siliconate used in diluted form for the hydrophobic impregnation of mineral construction materials, making them water-repellent. The water-repellent properties of SILRES® BS 16 are developed through its reaction with atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2), forming polymethylsilicic acid. However, it should be noted that, like all siliconates, SILRES® BS 16 may cause a white deposit on the surface of colored construction materials if used outside the recommended application guidelines.
