ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 14 °C and is designed as a high-performance and cost-effective binder for paperboard and specialty paper coating applications. This polymer dispersion offers a good rheology response when formulated at high coating solids. It also provides excellent dry pick and good to excellent wet pick performance.

VINNOL® H 40/60 is a copolymer composed of approximately 61 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 39 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Primarily, it serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNAPAS® EN 1024 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This product is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. It is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft and hydrophilic nonwovens. VINNAPAS® EN 1024 offers good wet strength to the nonwovens while maintaining a low level of formaldehyde. SILFAR® 1000 is a polydimethylsiloxane produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. In contrast to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 370 generally demonstrates improved compatibility with organic systems.

WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is a mixture of alkoxysilane and aminofunctional siloxane. It appears as a colorless to yellow liquid, clear to slightly turbid, and is partially miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms methanol and a silicone resin. WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is utilized as a raw material for the production of alkoxy-cured RTV-1 silicone rubbers.

SILRES® MPF 52 E is an emulsion of methoxy functional-terminated silicone resin that contains methyl phenyl groups. It possesses several special features, including good heat stability, fast air drying, good hardness, and compatibility with organic binders. VINNAPAS® EN 1165 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-based materials. This dispersion is specifically designed to serve as a moderately soft binder for nonwoven applications that demand exceptional wet tensile strength performance.

SILFAR® SE 88 is a silicone antifoam emulsion suitable for various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, fermentation processes, and agrochemical formulations. It is specifically designed for European use as a processing aid in food production, based on E 900. It is important for the food manufacturer to ensure that only minimal traces of the product are present in the final food, as per the necessary regulations.

VINNAPAS® AN 2014 is a fine-particle-size aqueous dispersion of a self-crosslinking copolymer of vinyl acetate and an acrylic ester. VINNAPAS® AN 2014 forms a particularly hard and tough elastic film. It is especially suited as a binder for glass fiber fabrics and has excellent adhesion to mineral substrates.

WACKER® Plasticizer 1000 LV is a clear, colorless, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is commonly used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants. This product is suitable for applications in adhesives and sealants. Please note that WACKER® Silicone Fluid AK 1000 should not be used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants.

SILRES® IC 678 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. This solvent-free liquid resin is specifically designed to enhance the weathering and heat resistance of organic resins. It is highly suitable for incorporating a compatible silicone component into other binder systems, thereby increasing their weathering or heat resistance properties. By adding SILRES® IC 678 to binder formulations, the overall performance and durability of the resulting materials can be significantly improved.
