VINNAPAS® EP 6420 is an aqueous dispersion containing a 55% copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is currently being introduced for industrial use. This product provides good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints.

VINNOL® H 40/43 is a copolymer composed of approximately 66 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 34 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film once the solvent in the formulation has evaporated.

ELASTOSIL® NT 76 is a solvent-free, addition-curing liquid silicone rubber (LSR) with a non-thixotropic viscosity. It is a general-purpose silicone rubber for textile coating applications, like the manufacturing of conveyor belts, electrical sleevings, protective clothing, bellow expansion joints, awnings, sunblinds, sports performance fabrics, airbags, and medical fabrics.

DEHESIVE® 915 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid specifically developed to provide paper and filmic substrates with a release layer. Formulated with additional components, this versatile product offers exceptionally fast curing properties, enabling the use of formulations with low platinum concentrations.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6260 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). It is a liquid silicone rubber with low viscosity used to produce textile coatings. It is especially well suited for the manufacturing of electrical sleeves.

VINNAPAS® EP 760 is a unique rapid-setting vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It stands out as more than just a high-solids version of the VINNAPAS® EP series. This polymer exhibits exceptional adhesion to challenging substrates that are typically difficult to bond, such as polyester, polyethylene terephthalate, tempered aluminum foil, and polystyrene.

VINNOL® H 15/42 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 86 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 14 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder undergoes film formation as the solvent present in the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® REN 60 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as a 60 wt.% solution in xylene. It is widely employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 60 serves as a key binder component in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions. Moreover, it exhibits the ability to dry to a tack-free film at ambient temperature, facilitating convenient application processes.

DEHESIVE® SF 200 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 200 allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

VINNAPAS® EP 706 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene-based copolymer that is produced without the use of formaldehyde donors. It offers good machinability and strong wet tack, providing enhanced adhesion to films such as polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706 exhibits very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

VINNAPAS® EN 1165 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-based materials. This dispersion is specifically designed to serve as a moderately soft binder for nonwoven applications that demand exceptional wet tensile strength performance.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

SILRES® 64558 VP is a toluene-based, ready-to-use formulation based on polysiloxanes and silicone resins. The product is preferably used as a binder in highly flexible composite tapes or as an intermediate to manufacture silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) formulations. In composite tapes, SILRES® 64558 VP contributes to the tapes' excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Besides, composite tapes made with SILRES® 64558 VP are highly stable against environmental impacts such as moisture, pollutants, and UV light, allowing them to be exposed continuously to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

SILRES® REN 80 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as an 82 wt.% solution in xylene. It is commonly employed as a binder in heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. The primary application of SILRES® REN 80 is as a binder for various coating formulations. It possesses excellent heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. Moreover, it has the ability to dry to a tack-free film at ambient temperature, facilitating convenient and efficient coating processes.

VINNAPAS® 400 H is a poly(vinyl alcohol)-stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a higher-viscosity, high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in achieving much higher formulation viscosities.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. Furthermore, it exhibits fast drying characteristics, forming a tack-free film at ambient temperature.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

DEHESIVE® 929 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications. This product has good curing properties, very good flow properties and coverage, an extremely stable release, excellent bath life, and excellent long-term anchorage to a wide variety of substrates.

VINNOL® H 40/55 is a copolymer comprising approximately 62 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 38 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. Functioning as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 40/55 undergoes film formation once the solvent present in the formulation has evaporated.

PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. The dispersion particles consist of inorganic silica particles at their core, while the outer shell is composed of acrylate copolymers. Notably, the manufacturing process of PRIMIS® AF 1000 ensures that it is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds.

VINNAPAS® 510 ED is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content of the dispersion is below 1000 ppm. VINNAPAS® 510 ED offers several advantages in building chemical applications as well as in general adhesives. To achieve optimum weathering resistance, opaque pigments should be used to ensure adequate pigmentation.

VINNAPAS® EP 7000 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3°C. It has been specifically developed as an ultra-high-solids dispersion, providing superior adhesion, wet tack, and setting speed compared to conventional VAE dispersions.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Due to its low VOC content, VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is ideal for manufacturing low-emission products.

DEHESIVE® 910 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a multicomponent release coating used to produce paper and filmic release liners, which are essential for single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

VINNAPAS® 323 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C. It is specifically developed as a fast-setting and high-heat-resistant dispersion, offering compatibility with fully hydrolyzed PVOH. VINNAPAS® 323 is designed as a base for high-speed packaging applications. It demonstrates excellent wet tack, fast setting properties, and a moderate response to plasticizer thickening.

GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building & construction adhesives and flooring installation.

DEHESIVE® EM 428 is the base polymer for a three-component aqueous emulsion system. It is used in combination with WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 15 and WACKER® CATALYST EM 459. The product is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and works on papers of varying porosity and films. The cure is achieved using a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

DEHESIVE® EM 427 is the base polymer in a three-component aqueous emulsion system. It is combined with WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 15 and WACKER® CATALYST EM 459. This product is specifically developed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and can be utilized on papers with different levels of porosity as well as films. Cure is achieved through a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

VINNAPAS® EP 724 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature of approximately +19°C, which is the highest among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. It possesses exceptional cohesive strength (heat resistance) and tensile strength. The dried film formed by VINNAPAS® EP 724 is more flexible than PVAc polymer while maintaining good tensile strength and high creep resistance. Furthermore, the dried film exhibits low levels of tack.

VINNAPAS® EZ 123 is an aqueous polymer dispersion of vinyl acetate and ethylene specifically designed for applications in the nonwovens market. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or APEO surfactants. This dispersion possesses a nonionic character and provides high dry tensile strength, resulting in a fuller and stiffer hand feel to nonwoven webs. It can be formulated with various chemistries, including cationic, anionic, or nonionic, to create specialized nonwovens. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EZ 123 is a low-odor dispersion with formaldehyde levels of less than 50 ppm.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6250 F Transparent is a solvent-free, free-flowing liquid silicone rubber designed for textile coatings. It undergoes additive curing and is specifically formulated for coating applications in the textile industry. This product features low viscosity, making it suitable for a wide range of general-purpose coating applications. Additionally, it offers a long pot life for ready-to-use mixtures.

VINNAPAS® EF 818 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. This product achieves a low minimum film-forming temperature without requiring a coalescing agent or plasticizer. It is manufactured without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® EF 818 serves as a cost-effective alternative for various technologies, including vinyl acrylics and styrene acrylics.

WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.
