VINNAPAS® EP 756 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a low viscosity and low levels of formaldehyde and free VAM residue. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, allowing for the creation of permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6620 F is a solvent-based addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings, particularly as a topcoat. It provides a matt finish and exhibits properties such as reduced coefficient of friction and high abrasion stability. It is commonly used in architectural textiles.

VINNAPAS® EP 705K (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer that is protected with PVOH. It has a moderate viscosity and is produced without the use of formaldehyde donors. The polymer's backbone provides the dried adhesive film with toughness and flexibility, which remain even when exposed to water immersion and temperature fluctuations.

VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing silicone rubber designed for stiff textile coatings. It undergoes additional curing and is particularly suitable for applications that require strong adhesion. This product exhibits high additive tolerance, resulting in only a moderate increase in viscosity when mixed with adhesion promoters. As a result, ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is well-suited for textile coatings that have demanding adhesion requirements.

VINNAPAS® AN 2014 is a fine-particle-size aqueous dispersion of a self-crosslinking copolymer of vinyl acetate and an acrylic ester. VINNAPAS® AN 2014 forms a particularly hard and tough elastic film. It is especially suited as a binder for glass fiber fabrics and has excellent adhesion to mineral substrates.

WACKER® Polymer FD 50 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product serves as a special raw material for silicone compounding, particularly in the production of sealants and silicone sealants.

VINNAPAS® EZ 3019 is a protective colloid-stabilized dispersion of a vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It has a medium particle size. VINNAPAS® EZ 3019 is produced without the addition of any plasticizers or solvents, and it is also free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This versatile product finds application in various fields, including fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. The use of SILRES® BS 45 also contributes to low water absorption, which helps to minimize water ingress and enhance the durability of the coatings and plasters. Additionally, products formulated with SILRES® BS 45 have a low tendency to accumulate dirt and soil, maintaining a cleaner appearance over time.

VINNAPAS® EF 1577 (CGN) is an aqueous polymer dispersion primarily composed of vinyl acetate and ethylene. This dispersion is manufactured without the addition of any organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. It is particularly suitable for producing textile coatings that are free of plasticizers, providing them with exceptional permanent flexibility and resistance to aging.

VINNAPAS® EP 907 is a vinyl acetate/ethylene-based dispersion specifically designed for nonwoven applications that require breakdown and re-dispersion in water. When used as a binder, substrates bound with VINNAPAS® EP 907 exhibit good dry tensile strength but easily disintegrate upon exposure to water. This makes it suitable for nonwoven applications where a stiff hand and dry tensile properties are desired. When agitated in water, substrates bound with VINNAPAS® EP 907 break down into smaller fragments of individual fibers. The dispersion is stabilized with an APEO-free surfactant system and has a low formaldehyde level of less than 50 ppm.

VINNOL® H 15/45 M Special is a specialized carboxylate-containing terpolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 0.5 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder creates a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

DEHESIVE® EM 428 is the base polymer for a three-component aqueous emulsion system. It is used in combination with WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 15 and WACKER® CATALYST EM 459. The product is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and works on papers of varying porosity and films. The cure is achieved using a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

VINNAPAS® EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion formulated with vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Thanks to its low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, VINNAPAS® EF 3777 is well-suited for manufacturing low-emission products.

WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. Primarily utilized in the polish sector, this product is particularly recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners. Its high substantivity ensures that the treated paint surface remains highly resistant to detergents and weathering over extended periods of time, providing long-lasting protection.

VINNOL® H 14/36 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 86 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 14 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physical drying process, forming a film as the solvent contained in the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® EP 709 is characterized by its high cohesive strength and tensile strength, thanks to its Tg (glass transition temperature) of about +7 °C. It exhibits excellent adhesion to hard substrates and demonstrates great compatibility with inorganic fillers. As a result, VINNAPAS® EP 709 finds application in joint compounds and other building chemical applications.

VINNAPAS® EP 710 is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that is characterized by its low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue content. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack. VINNAPAS® EP 710 provides enhanced adhesion to films, particularly polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, it demonstrates high-viscosity thickening responses to plasticizers and solvents.

VINNAPAS® EF 104 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer (VAE) dispersion stabilized with surfactants. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 14 °C and is designed as a high-performance and cost-effective binder for paperboard and specialty paper coating applications. This polymer dispersion offers a good rheology response when formulated at high coating solids. It also provides excellent dry pick and good to excellent wet pick performance.

VINNAPAS® eco 192 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens market. It is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers, and it does not contain any plasticizers. This product, VINNAPAS® eco, is designed to save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing process with certified sustainable renewable feedstock.

DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. It offers excellent release stability, excellent anchorage to polyester films, and a good bath life. DEHESIVE® 955 can be used for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

VINNAPAS® EP 645 is a specially modified vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion designed to provide excellent adhesion to a wide range of difficult-to-bond substrates. The dispersion is stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to ensure good wet tack, fast setting speed, and excellent machinability.

VINNAPAS® EN 1267 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is surfactant-stabilized and intentionally formulated without the use of APEO materials. This dispersion is specifically designed to serve as a soft binder for nonwoven applications that require excellent wet tensile strength performance.

VINNAPAS® EN 1689 is a self-crosslinking vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer designed specifically for the nonwoven and textile industries. This dispersion provides a soft hand feel, high dry and wet tensile strength, and low formaldehyde content in the final product. VINNAPAS® EN 1689 offers an exceptional combination of high efficiency and excellent soft hand feel.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. They demonstrate high permeability to water vapor and CO2, allowing for effective moisture and gas exchange. VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

DEHESIVE® eco 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid specifically created for release applications. It is applied, together with additional components, onto paper and filmic substrates. This product is noteworthy for being based on renewable raw materials in accordance with the "Standard REDcert²."

VINNAPAS® EN 1033 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. This product is particularly suitable as a binder for soft nonwovens, offering good wet tensile strength. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EN 1033 has a low VOC content, making it an excellent choice as a binder for nonwovens and textiles that need to meet stringent eco-labeling requirements.

VINNAPAS® EP 8178 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3 °C. This dispersion is specifically designed as a high-performance, ultra-high-solids dispersion for weather-resistant air barriers. It offers excellent water resistance, ideal mechanical properties, and the capability to handle high extender loadings.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion that offers good machinability and strong wet tack. It provides better adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride, and exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces. The adhesive joints formed with this product are permanently flexible and have high cohesion.

SILRES® SY 231 is a solventless, liquid, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is utilized for enhancing the weather and heat resistance of organic resins. This product can be employed as a cold blend additive, where it is directly mixed with the organic resins, or as a chemically bound intermediate, where it is chemically incorporated into the structure of organic polymers. By incorporating SILRES® SY 231, the resulting materials exhibit improved resistance to weathering and heat, making them suitable for applications requiring enhanced durability and performance.

SILRES® REN 60 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as a 60 wt.% solution in xylene. It is widely employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 60 serves as a key binder component in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions. Moreover, it exhibits the ability to dry to a tack-free film at ambient temperature, facilitating convenient application processes.

VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. It demonstrates excellent machinability and strong wet tack. Additionally, it offers enhanced adhesion to films, including polyvinyl chloride. VINNAPAS® EP 708 (NJG) is chemically stable at both high and low pH. It has very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses. It is compatible with an assortment of resins, solvents, plasticizers, and other modifiers, as well as the other VINNAPAS® EP dispersions.
