SILRES® BS 1001 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 1001 serve as high-quality, general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. SILRES® BS 1001 can be combined with polymer-based primers for substrate consolidation.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is a modified silicone resin for the compounding of natural stone silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is used as a plasticizer in RTV-1 silicone sealants to avoid staining and bleeding effects on natural stones or porous substrates.

SILFOAM® SD 670 is an anhydrous antifoam agent based on organofunctional silicone fluids, which exhibit high compatibility with organic systems. SILFOAM® SD 670 is a self-dispersing product that spontaneously forms a fine dispersion when added to water. It is recommended for all organic systems that require a highly compatible antifoam agent.

HDK® H1000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in various types of electrophotographic toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. It offers medium surface area (BET) and consists of medium-sized silica particles.

SILFOAM® SD 860 is an anhydrous silicone antifoam agent formulated with organofunctional silicone fluid and organic components. It exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. SILRES® SY 231 is a solventless, liquid, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is utilized for enhancing the weather and heat resistance of organic resins. This product can be employed as a cold blend additive, where it is directly mixed with the organic resins, or as a chemically bound intermediate, where it is chemically incorporated into the structure of organic polymers. By incorporating SILRES® SY 231, the resulting materials exhibit improved resistance to weathering and heat, making them suitable for applications requiring enhanced durability and performance.

WACKER® Plasticizer 1000 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is primarily used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product finds applications in sealants and silicone sealant compounding.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. In contrast to antifoam agents based on pure silicone fluids (PDMS), SILFOAM® SC 370 generally demonstrates improved compatibility with organic systems.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 38 is a colorless to yellow liquid that consists of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)methylsilane. It is not miscible with water and undergoes decomposition in the presence of water or moisture, resulting in the formation of methylethylketoxime. This particular crosslinker is utilized as a special raw material for compounding silicone sealants.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

This product is suitable for applications in adhesives and sealants. Please note that WACKER® Silicone Fluid AK 1000 should not be used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants.
