VINNAPAS® EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion formulated with vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Thanks to its low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, VINNAPAS® EF 3777 is well-suited for manufacturing low-emission products.

VINNAPAS® EN 428 is a self-crosslinking, plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It offers a unique combination of softness, high wet strength, and versatile formulation options. VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is a versatile polymer dispersion with high water resistance and excellent compatibility. This product is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 547 ED (NJG) is produced without using formaldehyde donors and without adding plasticizers or organic solvents.

SILRES® REN 80 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as an 82 wt.% solution in xylene. It is commonly employed as a binder in heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. The primary application of SILRES® REN 80 is as a binder for various coating formulations. It possesses excellent heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. Moreover, it has the ability to dry to a tack-free film at ambient temperature, facilitating convenient and efficient coating processes.

VINNAPAS® EP 701K is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. This dispersion also demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints and high adhesion.

SILRES® MP 50 E is an emulsion of methyl phenyl group-containing silicone resin. When combined with suitable temperature-stable pigments and fillers, SILRES® MP 50 E becomes the ideal binder for heat-resistant water-borne paints. It is commonly used in applications such as heat-resistant coatings and industrial coatings.

WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

SILRES® BS 45 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. VINNAPAS® EN 1033 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. This product is particularly suitable as a binder for soft nonwovens, offering good wet tensile strength. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EN 1033 has a low VOC content, making it an excellent choice as a binder for nonwovens and textiles that need to meet stringent eco-labeling requirements.

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

VINNOL® H 30/48 M is a terpolymer consisting of approximately 70 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 29 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It contains carboxylate groups within its structure. This product is primarily employed as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNOL® H 30/48 M acts as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder that forms a film upon evaporation of the solvent in the formulation.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products.

WACKER® Finish CT 51 L is a solvent-based silicone rubber solution specifically designed for fine coatings on textile substrates. It enables the application of fine coatings with a weight as low as < 5 g/m². This product offers high water columns and low air permeability, resulting in excellent performance. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional layer-to-layer adhesion when multiple coating layers are applied.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. VINNAPAS® eco EF 1577 is an environmentally conscious product that helps save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. This substitution follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is independently audited by a third party. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the chosen product version and is detailed in the corresponding certificate.

VINNAPAS® EP 3455 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. The dispersion offers very high scrub resistance, excellent hiding power, and exceptional pigment binding ability.

VINNAPAS® 827 ED is an all-round construction dispersion for two-component dry mix mortars and ready-to-use dispersion-based construction products. It is specifically suitable for ETICS/EIFS applications as a cement admix dispersion or sole binder in ready-to-use ETICS/EIFS base or top coats. VINNAPAS® 827 ED is a semi-flexible, medium-particle-size synthetic resin dispersion based on a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride, and it contains a protective colloid.

VINNAPAS® CEF 52 is a dispersion of a vinyl chloride, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It can be used as a binder for coating systems containing an opacifying pigment, such as polymer-modified plasters. The special composition and manufacturing technology mean that VINNAPAS® CEF 52 can be used to formulate very hydrophobic products.

VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 is a self-crosslinking, plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. The film formed by VINNAPAS® eco EN 428 has a soft texture, making it ideal as a binder for personal hygiene nonwovens. VINNAPAS® 561 ED is a low Tg polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits excellent elongation, flexibility, and water resistance, making it ideal for numerous construction applications. VINNAPAS® 561 ED exhibits high filler loading capabilities and is compatible with both fully and partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohols, as well as other synthetic latex polymer dispersions (such as styrene/acrylic and pure acrylic dispersions).

VINNOL® CE 35 is an aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer consisting of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. It acts as a rigid film-forming agent and provides outstanding heat-sealability and high-frequency (HF) weldability to nonwoven and textile substrates. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for producing plasticizer-free coatings that can be heat sealed and high-frequency welded on paper and cardboard surfaces.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

VINNAPAS® DPN 36T is a self-crosslinking, aqueous dispersion based on the monomer vinyl acetate. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. VINNAPAS® DPN 36T can be used for a hard textile finish to adjust the handle or as a nonblocking component for hard, sealable coatings. VINNAPAS® DPN 36T is especially suitable as a binder for glass fiber fabrics.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing silicone rubber designed for stiff textile coatings. It undergoes additional curing and is particularly suitable for applications that require strong adhesion. This product exhibits high additive tolerance, resulting in only a moderate increase in viscosity when mixed with adhesion promoters. As a result, ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is well-suited for textile coatings that have demanding adhesion requirements.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. It offers excellent release stability, excellent anchorage to polyester films, and a good bath life. DEHESIVE® 955 can be used for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

VINNAPAS® EP 1 is a plasticizer-free polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, providing a permanently flexible glue line. It is particularly suitable for applications such as adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

VINNAPAS® EP 645 is a specially modified vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion designed to provide excellent adhesion to a wide range of difficult-to-bond substrates. The dispersion is stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to ensure good wet tack, fast setting speed, and excellent machinability.

VINNAPAS® EP 400 is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion. It is suitable for a range of applications, including adhesives for paper packaging and PVC furniture foil adhesives.

WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

DEHESIVE® SF 500 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is part of a multi-component system. Combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and others, it is used to apply a release coating on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a release coating for paper and filmic pressure-sensitive laminates. Examples include uses for single- and double-sided industrial release laminates.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. When incorporated into coatings, SILRES® BS 6042 imparts several beneficial properties. These include long-lasting reduced water absorption, efficient resistance to early rain, and high water vapor permeability. Thanks to its low viscosity and rapid setting speed, VINNAPAS® EP 707K (ULS) is highly suitable for high-speed packaging machine applications.
