SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

SILRES® BS 290 CF is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Like SILRES® BS 290, it can be diluted with organic solvents. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 290 CF in organic solvents serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral and highly alkaline substrates.

SILFOAM® SD 8260 is a 100% silicone antifoam concentrate that is specifically developed to meet the requirements of the dispersion industry. It can be used directly or as a base for creating an antifoam emulsion. SILFOAM® SD 8260 is highly recommended for foaming systems that require excellent compatibility with the antifoam agent. It is suitable for applications that typically present challenges for silicones, such as paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

SILRES® BS 1346 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is used in its undiluted form as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints or plasters. Its purpose is to increase water repellency, water resistance, and water vapor permeability while also enhancing processability and antiblocking properties.

GENIOSIL® WP 1 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

SILRES® BS 290 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It can be diluted with organic solvents. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 290 in organic solvents are high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral and highly alkaline substrates.

SILRES® BS 2001 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It is a ready-to-use solution that serves as a high-quality water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. After application, the emulsion undergoes hydrolysis, releasing alcohol and converting into a silicone resin.

SILRES® BS 1703 SQ (000010587) is specifically designed for the in-plant water-repellent treatment of fiber-reinforced cement products, including fiber-cement boards. Its main purpose is to greatly reduce the capillary water absorption of these construction materials once they have set and reached equilibrium moisture. The use of SILRES® BS 1703 SQ provides enhanced protection against water damage, contributing to the longevity and quality of fiber-reinforced cement products.

SILRES® BS 1703 SQ (000096394) is also primarily intended for in-plant water-repellent treatment of fiber-reinforced cement products, such as fiber-cement boards. It exhibits a higher flash point and increased storage stability compared to SILRES® BS 1703. While it may have a slightly opalescent appearance with a slight yellowish discoloration, it does not affect the excellent performance of the product.

SILRES® BS 1052 is an aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. Its main purpose is to provide water repellency to materials such as glass wool (fiberglass) or stone wool. It can be used on both bound materials, where the wool is bound with a resin, as well as unbound materials without a resin. By applying SILRES® BS 1052, it helps to enhance the water-repellent properties of these materials, improving their performance in moisture-related applications.

SILRES® BS 30 A is a stable, VOC-compliant blend of 100% active siloxanes and silicone resin. It imparts water and stain repellency to substrates while enhancing their appearance. Developed for treating mineral substrates commonly used in the tile industry, such as tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile, SILRES® BS 30 A is currently produced in the USA.

SILRES® BS 1701 is a mixture of octyltriethoxysilane isomers, with iso-octyltriethoxysilane as the main component. It is used undiluted for the hydrophobic priming and impregnation of concrete and reinforced concrete. Additionally, SILRES® BS 1701 is suitable for the hydrophobic treatment of fillers and pigments.

SILRES® BS 1340 is a nonionic, solvent-free, waterborne emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is specifically used in the formulation of water-resistant coatings. SILRES® BS 1340 can be directly incorporated, without dilution, into waterborne masonry paints and plasters either during or after their production.

SILRES® BS 17 is a solventless concentrate that is based on silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically used in water-diluted form for the hydrophobation (waterproofing) of silicate-based mineral construction materials that are produced in plants. One of the key advantages of SILRES® BS 17 is that it is a water-free and solventless silicone concentrate. It can be easily diluted with drinking water without the need for sophisticated mixing devices. This allows for convenient and efficient dilution, making the application process simpler for users.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILRES® BS 280 is a solvent-free silicone concentrate based on silane or siloxane. It can be diluted with organic solvents. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 280 are high-quality water repellents for impregnating mineral building materials, especially silicate-free natural stones like limestone or gypsum. The water-repellent effect develops after application through a reaction with atmospheric humidity.

SILRES® BS 5350 is a pure liquid siloxane specifically designed to provide water repellency to autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and effectively reduce its capillary water absorption. It is suitable for application on AAC with densities above 150 kilograms per cubic meter. Despite being a non-water-based product and free from surfactants or solvents, SILRES® BS 5350 is commonly used as an integral or in-mass hydrophobizing additive in the aqueous AAC slurry. It disperses within the mixer through the shear forces generated between the liquid and solid components.

SILRES® BS 1042 is an aqueous emulsion of a reactive polydimethylsiloxane. Its purpose is to provide water repellency to materials such as glass wool mats or rock wool mats that are bound with phenolic resin. It can also be used for low-density bulk goods like perlite or vermiculite. The emulsion helps to impart water-repellent properties to these materials, enhancing their performance in moisture-related applications.

SILRES® BS 375 is a solvent-dilutable concentrate of alkylsilane and siloxane. When diluted with organic solvent, it serves as a water repellent for impregnating mineral building materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. Its water-repellent effect develops by reacting with atmospheric humidity and water absorbed on the walls of the pores and capillaries of the building material. SILRES® BS 375 penetrates the building material further and exhibits higher resistance to alkalis compared to pure methyl silicone resins.

SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

SILRES® BS 280 CF is a solvent-free silicone concentrate based on silane or siloxane. Like SILRES® BS 280, it can be diluted with organic solvents. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 280 CF serve as high-quality water repellents for impregnating mineral building materials, particularly silicate-free natural stones like limestone or gypsum. It also develops its water-repellent effect through a reaction with atmospheric humidity.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

SILRES® BS 1316 is used undiluted as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for normal and reinforced concrete. It is a mixture of isomeric octyltrimethoxysilanes, with isooctyltrimethoxysilane as the main component. SILRES® BS 1316 is specifically recommended as a water-repellent impregnating agent and primer for normal and reinforced concrete in various applications such as bridges, roads, and buildings.

SILRES® BS 1702 is a solvent-free mixture of silane and siloxane that can be applied either in undiluted form or diluted with organic solvents. It is specifically designed as a high-quality specialty water repellent for impregnating fiber cement. When applied to fiber cement, SILRES® BS 1702 acts as an effective water repellent, helping to protect the material from moisture absorption and potential damage caused by water.

SILRES® BS 1705 is a high-quality water-thinnable emulsion that is solvent-free and based on a mixture of silane and siloxane compounds. It is specifically designed to act as a specialty water repellent for impregnating cement-based products, including fiber cement. By impregnating cement-based materials, such as fiber cement, with SILRES® BS 1705, their water repellency is significantly enhanced, providing long-lasting protection against water absorption and related problems. This makes SILRES® BS 1705 an excellent choice for improving the durability and performance of cement-based products in various applications.

SILRES® BS 1306 is a solventless, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. They demonstrate high permeability to water vapor and CO2, allowing for effective moisture and gas exchange. Additionally, these products have low water absorption coefficients, which help minimize water ingress and potential damage.

SILFOAM® SD 860 is an anhydrous silicone antifoam agent formulated with organofunctional silicone fluid and organic components. It exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. This antifoam agent is particularly suitable for use in organic systems that require a high level of compatibility with the antifoam agent. SILFOAM® SD 860 can effectively address challenges commonly encountered by silicones in various applications, including paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.
