EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

This resin offers UL94 V0@1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR system, excellent low temperature ductility characteristics and processability. SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ FR Resin ENH4550 is a 25% glass-reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) injection-moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0 at 0.30mm and 5VA at 2.0mm flame rating, making it a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

WACKER® Catalyst T 77 is a standard curing agent specifically designed for condensation curing RTV-2 silicones. When combined with base compounds from the ELASTOSIL® RT or ELASTOSIL® M series, it forms a durable and self-bonding silicone rubber upon curing. This catalyst is in the form of a non-slump paste, ensuring ease of application. It is recommended to use a mixing ratio of 10:1 with the base compounds for optimal results.
