SILRES® BS SMK 1311 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. The dilute aqueous solution of SILRES® BS SMK 1311 serves as a high-quality, general-purpose water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral and even alkaline substrates. SILRES® BS SMK 1311 also serves as a chemical damp-proofing agent in a diluted aqueous solution.

VINNAPAS® EP 707K (ULS) offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. It features the fastest setting speed among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. Thanks to its low viscosity and rapid setting speed, VINNAPAS® EP 707K (ULS) is highly suitable for high-speed packaging machine applications.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

SILRES® BS 375 is a solvent-dilutable concentrate of alkylsilane and siloxane. When diluted with organic solvent, it serves as a water repellent for impregnating mineral building materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. Its water-repellent effect develops by reacting with atmospheric humidity and water absorbed on the walls of the pores and capillaries of the building material. SILRES® BS 375 penetrates the building material further and exhibits higher resistance to alkalis compared to pure methyl silicone resins.

SILRES® BS 66 is a liquid oligomeric siloxane that is primarily designed for the in-plant water-repellent treatment of aerated concrete. Its main purpose is to provide water repellency to aerated concrete during the manufacturing process. Additionally, it can be diluted with organic solvents and used as a water repellent for facades. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 66 acts as a water-repellent admixture for aerated concrete. Even in small quantities, it has a significant impact on reducing water absorption and optimizing the pore structure of the concrete. This helps improve the overall performance and durability of the aerated concrete by minimizing water penetration and enhancing its resistance to moisture-related issues.

SILRES® BS SMK 550 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. Such dilute aqueous solutions serve as chemical damp-proofing agents. The WTA has certified the suitability of SILRES® BS SMK 550 for this application.

SILRES® BS 17 is a solventless concentrate that is based on silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically used in water-diluted form for the hydrophobation (waterproofing) of silicate-based mineral construction materials that are produced in plants. One of the key advantages of SILRES® BS 17 is that it is a water-free and solventless silicone concentrate. VINNAPAS® EZ 3019 is a protective colloid-stabilized dispersion of a vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It has a medium particle size. VINNAPAS® EZ 3019 is produced without the addition of any plasticizers or solvents, and it is also free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

WACKER® 465 - Fire Retardant is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications such as construction, glass and window building, and industrial use. This one-component, neutral-curing sealant possesses exceptional adhesion, impressive fire-retardant properties, and a long shelf life. ELASTOSIL® eco 7100 P is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B is a low-viscosity, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. This product undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in the formation of a highly flexible and very soft silicone gel. It boasts a rapid heat curing process, allowing for efficient production times. With its remarkably low hardness, WACKER SilGel® 612 A/B provides the desired silicone gel consistency. Additionally, this silicone rubber offers a crystal-clear appearance.

ELASTOSIL® 4300 is a one-part, acid-curing silicone sealant with excellent mechanical properties and a high curing rate for the construction of aquariums and industrial applications. This product cures at room temperature under the action of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

VINNAPAS® 502 ND is an aqueous polymer dispersion consisting of vinyl acetate and ethylene. Unlike other products, VINNAPAS® 502 ND is manufactured without the need for organic solvents or plasticizers. With a higher solid content and a high Tg (glass transition temperature), it is well-suited for gypsum-based joint fillers. This product offers excellent adhesion to paper bands and can be easily sanded for a smooth finish.

SILRES® BS 710 is a permanent anti-graffiti coating designed to protect concrete, masonry, wood, and pre-existing coatings. It is based on polyorganosiloxanes and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. SILRES® BS 710 is a single-component product that cures at room temperature with ambient moisture. SILRES® BS 60 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is primarily used as the main binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products utilizing SILRES® BS 60 exhibit desirable properties, including high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and a long lifespan. SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

ELASTOSIL eco 7750 N is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics for construction, glass, and window building, as well as industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® eco 7750 N is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with excellent compatibility with cement, pigments, and fillers. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is a dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 543 ED is produced without adding APEO, plasticizers, or organic solvents.

GENIOSIL® GF 96 is an alkoxysilane with an amino-functional group. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic amine odor. GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

SILRES® BS 97 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion based on an alkyl silicone resin. It is primarily used for the water-repellent treatment of insulation materials. SILRES® BS 97 is particularly well-suited for the treatment of expanded mineral materials such as vermiculite, perlite, and clay. VINNAPAS® 4016 N is a hard dispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with very good tensile adhesion strength on inorganic surfaces combined with good workability. VINNAPAS® 4016 N was developed for those applications where lower water demand and increased smoothness under the trowel are important.

VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a surfactant-stabilized polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, formaldehyde donors, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a medium-viscosity product that exhibits high compatibility with cement, and its influence on cement setting is marginal.

VINNAPAS® 5047 T is a very flexible dispersible polymer powder with a slight thixotropic effect and very good workability, specifically suited for tile adhesives, troweling compounds, and ETICS. It is based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 5047 T belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® T, which means that it provides thixotropic properties. In addition to its non-slump properties, it offers excellent workability.

VINNAPAS® 5046 T is a dispersible polymer powder for dry mix mortars, specifically suited for thixotropic tile adhesives, repair mortars, troweling compounds, and ETICS.
