RC 1950 Polyurethane Sealant is a technologically advanced, high solids, single component moisture-cure polyurethane elastomeric sealant. In addition, RC 1950 is a brush-grade sealant and an excellent all-purpose sealer to address roof leaks on most roofing substrates. Mil for mil, RC 1950 provides greater protection against leaks and water penetration than most sealants due to its tenacious adhesive properties, higher tensile strength and low vapor permeability values. RC 1950 offers a wider window of application than water-based acrylic sealants.

Selenis Maven MS 110 is a copolyester with a slow crystallization rate and is suitable for the extrusion of heavy gage sheets, allowing for thicknesses up to 4mm, without crystallization occurring. Selenis Maven MS 110 is the most economic solution for flat sheets up to this thickness range, when good clarity, surface gloss, and neutral edge color are required.

Selenis Maven NF 300 is an amorphous copolyester that has been specifically developed for the extrusion of heavy gage sheets, allowing for high thicknesses without crystallization occurring. Selenis Maven NF 300 is a very economical polymer for this highly competitive market environment. In competition with other polymers frequently used in the heavy gage sheet business such as Polycarbonate, PMMA and Polystyrene Selenis Maven NF 300 is sensibly priced while featuring excellent clarity, good surface gloss, and a practically neutral edge color. 

LINCORE® PP FF P2 40 400 is a fabric made of LINCORE® roving (commingled flax and PP filaments). Consolidation is done by heating above melting temperature of PP matrix (180°C-230°C) and applying a low pressure (1-30 bars), before a cooling step under pressure. The molding can be realized by : Diaphragm (1 to 8 bars), Thermo compression (10 to 200 bars), Sandwich thermo compression (1 to 5 bars).

Seal Bond® 500 High Strength Adhesive/Sealant is an extremely high-strength, one-component, elastomeric adhesive & sealant that permanently adheres to many construction materials without the use of primer. SB 500 is a low odor and 100% solids formula designed for interior and exterior construction applications. SB 500 is an environmentally friendly formula that contains no solvents or isocyanates and yields very low VOC’s. SB 500 is based on moisture cure hybrid polymer technology that reacts and cross-links in the presence of moisture to provide a durable seal with excellent weathering and UV resistance and performs in temperatures from -40°F to 200°F.

LURANYL® KR 2454-3 G2 is a PPE/PS-I, extrusion and injection molding grade, 10% glass fiber reinforced, high heat resistance, non-halogen flame retardant.

APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

BUP 665 is an un-promoted NPG/isophthalic based unsaturated polyester resin with very low color, medium viscosity, limited shrinkage and water absorption and very good mechanical properties for ambient temperature cure with MEK peroxide.
